Franklin Pizza & Deli is one of my favorite local spots in Franklin! The food is always fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. Their pizzas have the perfect balance of crispy crust, melty cheese, and flavorful sauce — you can tell they use quality ingredients.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick, even during busy hours. I’ve also tried their subs and salads, and everything has been excellent.

What a great experience from start to finish. My wife and I stopped in with our one-year-old, and we were honestly blown away. She ordered the steak tip dinner, and I went with the pepperoni pizza — and both were absolutely spot-on.
The steak tips were cooked to perfection — super tender with a nice char on the outside and packed with flavor. You could tell they were fresh and made with care. The sides that came with it were generous and well put together, and everything was seasoned just right.
As for the pizza, I’ve had a lot of pepperoni pizzas in my life, and this one really stood out. The cheese was melted perfectly, super gooey and rich, with that slight golden crisp on top. The crust had just the right balance of crunch and chew not too thick, not too thin just the way I like it. Every bite was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made a difference, especially with a little one in tow. And the place itself was spotless super clean and organized, which made the whole experience feel even more comfortable.
It’s not easy to find places that get both food and service right, but this spot nailed it. We’re definitely coming back next time with more of the family

(TOO SMALL) -NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR PIZZA – for the amount of food you get ITS NOT WORTH IT. I bought a small pizza and was dissatisfied at how small the pizza was. A little bit bigger than my hand, basically the size of whats called a “Bar Pizza” I paid $13.50 for it. It should have been $5.00 dollars. Pizza is the most profitable for any business, with ingredients, it cost less than $2.00 to make which makes for a huge profit margin, this place is waaay too cheap and skimps on their food. The Quality of the the pizza i actually give them an 8 out of a 10. It was actually great tasting and satisfying. I bought a Hawaiin Pizza, but i would think twice about getting another one. I would go elsewhere probably next time. One more thing i’ve noticed in the past 5 years, businesses have been SHRINKING the amount of food they have been giving people in general. This is NOT GOOD. To keep a customer coming back they need to be satisfied and i wasn’t. They Raise price, then CUT the amount of food they give you. People don’t mind paying extra for food as long as the qaulity, and quantity is there. So it look like Time to cook at home, make my own pizza. I would not buy again from FRANKLIN DELI AND PIZZA in FRANKLIN MASSACHUSETTS on COTTAGE STREET

Typical pizza joint. Staff was friendly. Decent parking. Pretty clean establishment. I ordered a small Italian sub. Regular bread type nothing fancy. Regular meats. Very pricey 13.00 for a small. I would eat here again if I was in a pinch for lunch. Definitely not my go to.

We had a great experience at Franklin’s Pizza and Deli in Franklin, MA! The service was quick, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was super nice and welcoming. They were wonderful with the kiddos — engaging, kind, and patient. It’s always nice to find a place that treats families so well. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Had pizza from here a few times, the pizza is super greasy with the cheese always falling off the slices making it super messy and unenjoyable to eat. By far my least favorite pizza place in town you can get better pizza at Dominos than at this establishment. Service is decent and they seem nice but the food is mediocre at best.

Franklin Pizzas has to be one of the better local pizzas I’ve had. The ingredients are fresh, great light hearted sauce, cheesy and delicious. Only thing is that i experienced a pretty big difference in crust quality from one pizza to the next, the first being thicker and a bit more toasted which was great. Other than that, highly recommend!

Delivered late (understandable with weather), however took order over the phone but gave different pricing, lack of communication on updated charge, signed receipt but they didn’t give me a copy, tried to have supper but wasn’t enjoyable because of thus complaint. Won’t be ordering from them again. Wouldn’t recommend with the dishonesty. I asked them if there was a minimum, I would have gave them a tip included per phone conversation but nope they know what they are doing.

Just had a pizza from Franklin Pizza Deli, and I’ve gotta say, it’s a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal. The crust had a nice, golden-brown color and a good crunch. The sauce was simple but amazing.
