Very Nice Establishment I must say and Very Clean. I have visit The Patio On Sussex multiple times and I will right this review upon my last experience. I was started with Complimentary Chips and Salsa and it was very fresh and tasty, as I placed my order with a well spoken server by the name of Bri she suggested that I should try the Wild Caught Shrimp Soup and she was spot on. The Soup was flavorful and it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely recommend The Patio On Sussex for all to try. My Compliments to the Chef and Owners. Thank You for Bringing such a wonderful experience to myself.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Patio on Sussex recently, and I must say, it’s a total gem! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of vibrant energy. The outdoor patio is absolutely gorgeous — it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air while indulging in delicious food. The ambiance really sets the stage for a relaxing, fun dining experience.

Loved this place. Ambiance and vibe is on point. Just stopped for coffee and my daughter wanted tacos. The ice coffee was perfect on taste and sugar level. The place is beautiful and has a very nice patio. Will be back.

I live 5 minutes away and wanted to take my family out to a newer place that was local.
The place looks great, has a great ambience but the service was horrible.
I went there with 3 young children and my wife on Saturday, 9/27 and we waited 45 minutes for food until a very nice viejita came to help us.
The young server who had first came to us attended to other groups way before she even got us some lemonades. There was a group that came after me and my family and they got food and drinks long before we got even picadera.
The place was not packed at all.
My wife was annoyed and my kids very unhappy when we finally got some food, we were then told that they didn’t even have the mozzarella sticks we had ordered over an hour before!
I personally think the server was nasty and honestly didn’t want to serve us.
I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants all over the world and know when someone doesn’t want to serve me or didn’t put in my order.
Who waits an hour for mozzarella sticks?!

Basic restaurant/diner vibe with fabulous Mexican food. Had Patio Bowl with Shredded chicken that was perfectly cooked, rice not sticky, and well prepared black beans. Guac addition was a good one. All well seasoned

I initially gave this restaurant an AMAZING REVIEW. There was an older lady there when I 1st came and she made it feel like a place I could revisit. I overstand this is a new spot BUT its been very consistent. I haven’t seen the older lady yet. This place has soooooo much potential but realistically please. I have been here at least 4xs and it has gotten worse each time. I may potentially come back SOLELY based on the dj and location. I get everything is pricey these days BUT they have some work to do. The chicken never should be chewy! I almost felt like it was done on purpose. God forbid I complain, it looks like we just want something free…. no not at all! Im a hard worker and spending 8 dollars for a glass of lemonade is ABSURD BUT HEY! On to thw next spot. If yall lookn for another spot tho, Noah’s is pretty nice and WAAAAAY better pricing. Little Tijuana as well! My margarita was 9 dollars….. 9 bucks for a cocktail vs. NOT for a cocktail! JUST JUICE…. BUT yal be good. Definitely lost a FEW regulars.

The patio was ok, but i was a bit disapointed to pay 26$ for 3 microscopic tacos (the size of a leaf) and a juice… Wouldn’t recommend.
