We were just cruising thru town and wanted to try the Pasta House out, soooo glad we stopped. The service was very friendly, answered all our menu questions. Food came out fantastic!
We had Chicken Parm, steamed broccoli, I got the chicken noodle soup, and it was creamy and lots of chicken. My love got the Famous Joe’s Roast beef and fries. Shoestring fries cooked perfect!! Meaty insides and crispy flavorful outsides. 10/10 As u can tell from the photos, we enjoyed it, happy plates!

I visit this Pasta House location once or twice a year, and it’s always a good experience. This time I ordered the Pasta Melanzane with a side salad, and both were excellent. The service is consistently good as well.

My spaghetti bolognese had more noodles than sauce. My spouse had chicken Parmesan and it also wasn’t that appetizing. The people working there are pleasant though. Food was unfortunately trash. Would not recommend.

This was our first time at this Pasta House location. I’ve been going to Pasta House since the 80’s. Very personable waitress. She kept our drinks full, seated us right away, brought rolls right out & food came out promptly. We arrived at around 3:30. So, fairly quiet at that time of day. We had cheesestick app, a meatball sandwich & Italian potatoes, Cavatelli Alfredo & a house salad. I just realized, though, that I ordered steamed broccoli and it never came out. (I’m not sure if I was charged since I forgot about it.?)Food was good. Took a star off since sandwich bread was heavily buttered and a bit soggy on inside without a lot of mozzarella. Still good tasting, though. I just did not eat the bread. We also ordered 2 Carrot cakes to go. It’s the first time in a long time that the Carrot cake has been this moist & flavorful. I was kinda bummed, though, that they had done away with the Chocolate Pecan Toffee cake, a favorite dessert of mine here. All in all, if I’m in the area again & need a place to go that’s affordable and tasty with a clean, comfy atmosphere, I’d come back to this Pasta House location. Gotta love a place with an autographed pic of Father Guido Sarducci hanging over the table!

Three of us stopped in for an early dinner. As always , the salads were great. Also had the Rigatoni Carbonara , which was good. We had the lemon creme cake , which was Fantastic. The only thing disappointing was the iced tea , which was Extremely Strong , did not have a very good flavor. Our server was polite & checked on us in a timely manor.

By far the worst food and service I’ve experienced in a long time. I told the Abby my waitress that it was my first time there and ordered lasagna. She never came to check on me after bring the meal. It was mushy and seemed like it was baked days ago. The salad dressing tasted like straight vinegar. She never cleared one dirty dish from the table. The really sad part is that she was training a new person and definitely showed them how not to be a good server. I waited tables in college and have a real appreciation for how hard of a job that is and what excellent service looks like. But Abby did the bare minimum, which was very disappointing.

I visited the Ballas location on Saturday with my neice and her boyfriend. Mekka was our server (I hope I spelled her name correctly) She was amazing! So cheery and attentive. The food was great and service was superb. Mekka is definitely assest to the Pasta House Family! I hope the next we visit the Pasta House we will have the honor to have her as a server!

Let 24 hours to pass so I don’t give them two-star, because food was really good and family meal is indeed good value. But online ordering and pick-up…that was very frustrating. Order was confirmed for 4:35 pm. Once I pulled in, they asked for my order name and disappeared for 20 min. No updates, no order. Once I parked and went inside, “manager” decided to check on the order but also never came back with update. After some time, they brought my order. When asked if this is normal experience, response was “we are very busy”.
Family did like mushroom-chicken Alfredo and salad, but I would not recommend ordering online and surely I don’t appreciate that type of service.
Carrot cake was delicious as well.

We had the best dining experience today, in great part, because of Barb our server. Barb has a super, bubbly personality. She was so attentive, she immediately welcomed us warmly. It was quite apparent to us that Barb was genuinely interested in our dining experience! We never had to ask for anything, she instinctively brought it to our table. The food was piping hot and delicious.

The restaurant was cool. Decked out with period paintings, movie posters, and Italian wine bottles. The food was pretty good, but not great. The service was absolutely lacking. It took 15 minutes to get drinks and another 5-10 minutes to place an order. I would say overall, it’s right in the middle of the best and worst Italian dining experience I’ve had in St. Louis.
