I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chipotle for quite some time, but I never imagined I’d witness employees choosing their favorites. I was ahead of three guys when I placed my order, and I noticed that my bowl was significantly smaller than theirs. I even asked homie if he had asked for double, but he said no. This made me quite frustrated because his bowl was already bigger than mine. I wished I had a scale to measure the difference. I was buying two bowls and spending over $20, and there was more sour cream and cheese than rice and meat. Despite this, I still ate it. I hope they improve the portion sizes in the future. I live down the street from this place, and I’ve had my fair share of good portions. need to pay more attention to portion control. Mimics the host was good it just the girl in glasses needs to do the same with everyone else

Here is the kicker and this is what impressed me the most.
As soon as there were no customers to serve the crew got down to restocking and cleaning. No pulling out the cell to check up on whatever people need to check up when working.

I’ve recently started ordering pickup from this Chipotle and it’s been solid every time. Portions have been consistently good, which is a nice change since pickup orders can be hit or miss at other locations. No issues so far and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I ordered ahead for right before oAwful I don’t understand how a basic burrito can be overcooked tortilla hard as a rock cracking upon opening foil and meat looks like it was from previous of what they had left over so it was not fresh whoever made the burrito definitely lazy and incompetent should have seen the quality control but decided to go ahead with it anyways

The food tastes fine, but the corporate customer service is atrocious. We placed an online order for two burrito bowls and paid extra for queso on each. Well, we open them up at home and… no queso on either of them. No worries, we’ll just call the restaurant and see if we can get a refund or pick up the queso. Except the phone is answered by an AI bot who directs us to a different AI chat bot on their website. The “resolution”? Two “free side of queso” rewards that can’t even be used together on the same order, or combined with any other reward/ coupon. No other options were offered.

Perfectly fine location overall though some of the workers are much more heavy handed than the others. But can the manager please do something about people parking in the pickup spots for extended periods of time? This location gets really busy and it’s a pain to have to park far when you’re just going in and out. Pickup customers shouldn’t be punished just because other people can’t read.

Was a complete and total disaster. not only did our order not arrived correctly, which was nothing that DoorDash could’ve screwed up. It was actually the store that sent the food wrong but when you try to call into an automated system, absolutely nobody at the store answers. How are people who are handicapped supposed to reverse this little dilemma even if we called DoorDash it would take another hour before we could eat. if you’re going to send out orders through DoorDash or other delivery methods try to at least double check your order before it leaves. I know these people at these stores are screaming. They need more than just minimum wage or they need the minimum wage raised but why would you do that when this is their regular performance it’s not the first time they’ve done this. we will avoid ordering from this particular location again.

I don’t eat meat, so Chipotle’s sofritas bowl is one of my go-to options when I get takeout. I’ve ordered from this location twice and BOTH TIMES I found stray pieces of meat in my sofritas bowl. I order the exact same thing every time and this has never happened to me at another Chipotle. Clearly cross contamination is a frequent occurrence at this location. Disgusting. I wouldn’t trust this location again.

Why a worker felt the need to comment on my face then after I said sorry? She then mocked my face?? At her grown age too I literally came in with a smile and the other workers were so friendly but this older woman literally just was so unprofessional and rude for absolutely no reason. Please do better!
