This is such a cute little shop. Signature lattes and friendly service. Nice to relax with a book or play a board game. Even host a small group as there are some larger tables available. There is also a bar to sit at near the barista. Overall love the atmosphere and the coffee was tasty!! I forgot what I got, it was one of their signatures, a pistachio something. My daughter got a pumpkin spice frape.

What a gem! We stopped by on a road trip from Greensboro to Maryland. It was peaceful and bright. I ordered an iced Americano and hot Americano – very good flavor. They said they grind the beans fresh each morning and you can tell. Would have loved to try some food – the Breakfast Burrito looked amazing. Next time!

I stopped in at this establishment while visiting my favorite quilt store. I had a wonderfully fresh grilled chicken salad with an amazing house made pesto dressing. The strawberry pound cake is delish! I highly recommend this great little coffeehouse & restaurant.

I gave this place another tryout a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately, the reality of the service and product quality is severely disappointing. I believe this business is not a high-quality place to spend your time or money. My experience with the staff and the owner, Nikki, was highly unsatisfactory. Despite being a previous frequent visitor when the she used to work at The Mad Bean up the street, I was treated impersonally and felt like a number or an inconvenience. Nikki was distracted by another customer, who was then allowed behind the counter into the employee area for a bit. This blatant display of favoritism and lack of professional attention is unacceptable and made the entire interaction feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. He must have been a regular. The most concerning issue is the massive gap between the shop’s “Fresh Daily” sign and the actual baked goods being served. The offerings, including the bagels, pastries, and cookies, did not appear or taste house-made. They strongly resembled generic, mass-produced, store-bought items from Walmart and it shows. It’s entirely misleading given the shop’s elegant branding and “Fresh Daily” promise. If you expect genuinely fresh, handmade pastries, you will be disappointed. The quality of the latte i ordered was also a major letdown. I found the drink to be weak and watered down, lacking the strong flavor and quality expected from a local coffee shop. You kight as well call it ice water. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time for an establishment that delivers authentic quality and fair customer service. I recommend going to Kings Mill Coffee Company in Eden NC instead if you are ever in that area. That place has wayyy better quality drinks, food and service and they treat their customers with fairness at least.

The Parlor is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Madison, this inside is beautifully and tastefully decorated. As someone who loves to enjoy sipping on good coffee, that’s an important factor! Tables and floors are always clean, it’s kid-friendly but not overwhelmingly full of children running around unsupervised..which is refreshing.
The vibe is very classy, jazzy, and elegant.
Speaking of coffee, it’s always delicious and made right, From the refreshers to their iced coffee..the only place around that makes coffee correctly AND in front of you! also, the Baked goods are homemade by the owner herself! Madison couldn’t have asked for a better coffee shop, I have traveled all over the East Coast, and every coffee shop I have ever loved has had the same vibe! we are happy to have the parlor!
