Came around 7pm. I was the only customer there at the time but several came in after I sat down with my food. Got a bowl. Was disappointed with the quality of food at that time of night. Seemed that I got the dredges. Most of the containers had very little in them & none of it was fresh. Rice was dry, queso had very little flavor. Got the lime steak, wasn’t enough so I had to get regular steak instead of waiting so the meat was boring. Guac, corn & black beans were ok. The prep station was messy & appeared to not have been cleaned for awhile. Was not offered a beverage just got a “Do you want anything else?”. This store is a college location so you’d think it would be well stocked even at that time of night. Staff was friendly enough but could have made more effort. This was the 2nd time I’ve ate there. 1st time was not that memorable either. Not likely to go back as there are many more places like this that are better.

DONT COME HERE!! Anyone with half a brand will drive 10 seconds up the street because honestly it was such a horrible vibe in here. I came in based off the $8 burrito sign outside and when I came in to order was allowed nothing but chicken, cheese and pico (not the employee fault, manager looking guy told him that’s all I could put) in my burrito regardless to the fact the sign outside showed more options. I then was told too then sign up for rewards and with so I’d get free chips and queso with my burrito… but after I did that (same manager type guy said this) I was told told that apparently the $8 burrito didn’t count as an entree. Then my burrito was failed to be folded correctly then the horribly rude manager guy came from the back came and wrapped it with his barehands. Truly disturbed by the experience as a whole!!!! Regardless of me only being allowed 2 toppings the food was still decent. The original person taking my order too was not an issue and was very polite. It’s only one toxic horrible individual holding back this store. WONT BE BACK TILL HE GONE!!!!

I’m not sure if they don’t teach their employees how to make a burrito or a bowl but I constantly have issues her. 3 times I’ve been here and ordered a bowl they gave me a burrito instead which I don’t mind too much since it’s usually still good. But recently all the burritos I’ve gotten are not even burritos and look like they were thrown together. The picture is what was supposed to be a burrito.

This place used to be so good before the Mankato air got to it. I am assuming all of the nice college employees from last year have moved on. We spent over 30 dollars on 2 of the most bland and mushy burritos ever, way worse than Chipotle. Me and my fiancé got through about 4 bites each before we stopped eating. I would recommend avoiding here until they get their act together.

It’s a typical Qdoba. Not very big. Prices are normal. It’s clean. I like that the lids to the pop don’t require a straw (I’m a straw lover but I’ll put the environment over that). It’s quick. Good queso (though I’d trade it for a unicorn at this point). Portions seem small. We definitely prefer the competition. The app is fine. Doesn’t seem to have many deals in it though it does rewards.

I’ve determined that all of the employees can’t read. Sorry if that’s harsh, but dang! Follow the order. Third try since they’ve opened in Mankato, and every single time the order is incorrect. There is consistently toppings we didn’t order in the bowl and toppings we did order missing. And they always forget the side salsa. What gives? It’s not the end of the world, but don’t brag about giving “free” guacamole if your idea is that it’s imaginary.

This was not our first time at Qdoba. However, this was the worst service. The food was, for the most part, Qdoba standard. I did ask for a quesadilla that was made in one pile. It did not spread out while cooking, and they did not have it hot enough to brown the tortilla. A quesadilla should be crisp on the outside. They also cut it like a pizza so the inside end fell apart (see the pics).

The worst part and why service is one start was that you could not hear the person doing orders as they were soft spoken and the music was too loud. Then we had everything rung up and ready to pay (which my wife said), and the guy ringing us up and talking to the other staff told my wife to calm down. From not great customer service to the worst.

Also, most of the tables had not been cleaned. We got one of 2 clean tables.

Not going to be back to this one for an extended amount of time.

I recently went into QDoba on Wednesday October 29th for some lunch, havent been for quite some time so thought I would pop into this location. I did enjoy the food but thats not why im leaving a review. When I entered, there was two people in a booth (which I found out were management, not sure if GM or anything) they were on their computer which is quite normal for management early in the day to get work done. There was one lady (I wish I got your name because you did a great job!) She seemed a little flustered this morning. She said hi when I got in and said I would be right with you. I was looking over the menu while on the phone but she was very polite with everything going on. From what I could gather there was only one other order she was working on and seemed to be getting the grasp of it. Definitely seems like she was still in training. What I didnt get was why she was by herself. Half way through, another gentleman came around to help out. If she was in training, im thinking he was the trainer doing something else. The two people behind me came up to the counter to let her know she was a little slow and needed to pick up the pace. A minute later he went around the counter basically telling her you have to work harder with his hands on his hips. The issue here is a management/training issue. Ive been working in food most of my life and this didnt seems like a proper environment for training and I advise anyone to stay away from here as they aren’t treating their employees respectfully. If you are a manager or in a position like that, you should be coaching and developing, not berating individuals. To the lady who was working really hard and wish I got your name, Thank you for the burrito, you did a fantastic job. Everyone else, reconsider your life choices if you aren’t going to treat people with respect and integrity.
