Very busy breakfast restaurant with a huge menu of American and Mexican cuisine. The braised pork of the Quajillo chamarro was flavorful, tender, and the meat falls right off the bone. The quesabirria taco was filled with a good amount of shredded beef. This breakfast was very filling and delicious.

Great breakfast spot in Boulder! Very friendly service- Perla took great care of us. My husband loves corned beef hash and thought theirs was very classic and delicious! I am a biscuits and gravy fan and it was really good too. Great coffee, great prices- we will be back!

Edit- I’ve been back several times but this time my to-go order was messed up. I did not receive everything I paid for and the dish was missing green chili, which is the main reason I get it. I recommend to double check your order before leaving. Management was quick to fix this which I appreciate.

Fantastic breakfast stop in Boulder CO. Had an amazing divorce menu featuring Mexican & traditional American dishes.
The chicken fried steak is sharable ( due to portion size), and fantasticly flavorful. The biscuits and gravy were on point, the biscuit was fluffy with a crisp bottom and the gravy had a little kick of spice making it memorable and tasty. The mexan hash browns are great but ask for a flour tortilla on the side to sop up all the delicious sauce. Had a great chai latte as well as a smooth and just the right amount of sweet/chocolate mocha. Overall this is a crowd pleasing restaurant that’s nice on the pocket book as well. ❤️

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in Boulder. I’d also throw it in the running against some of my favorite restaurants along the Texas/Mexico border. Had the choriqueso (10/10, recommend every time) and the flautas. Had to flag down staff to get service and remind them of a couple things we ordered, but they’re real nice and attentive; it gets busy!

It is a nice quaint little restaurant that we enjoyed the breakfast. The food is very good, fresh ground coffee, which was very good. The weight staff was super friendly, and the food was served quickly. We recommend this place. They also have really good green chili that we put on our eggs, delicious. We will definitely be coming back here.

One of the best breakfast spots in town !!! Hidden in the industrial part of boulder, parkway offers incredible Mexican inspired breakfast options plus all the classics. The service is always very friendly, quick, and professional. The prices are potentially some of The best in town. I have been coming here for years and have never spent more than $20 on breakfast with coffee. The food here is outstanding and always consistent. I would say the Mexican hash browns is a must try ! They also have outdoor seating. I often come here with work friends and they always accommodate semi large parties with ease. Add this place to your list of breakfast joints to try in boulder, you will not be disappointed !!
