We absolutely loved our experience at The Parker Grace Tea Room. The staff was cheery, kind, and helpful. Our waitress answered our questions and made the mood bright. The decor is wonderfully charming, especially now at Christmas time! I appreciated that our waitress gave us a hearty Merry Christmas. The Holiday tea was delicious and I purchased a tin to bring home. The food was very good and was served in style with antique dishes and tableware. We will definitely be back!

The Parker Grace is one of my favorite lunch locations near Fort Wayne! I’ve dined there many times with friends, family, and with my daughter. I’ve even hosted my daughter’s birthday there twice, the second time was just this weekend (she’s turning 10) with two of her close friends and their moms. Everything was so perfect, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere. There is such an obvious and delightful attention to detail everywhere you turn. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion (birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, etc) or just want a lovely place to meet up with close friends and family, this charming, feminine, and lovely place should be at the top of your list!

Parker Grace is honestly one of the sweetest places I have ever been. The second you walk in, it feels calm and cozy, like you just stepped into someone’s beautiful old home where everything smells good and the atmosphere makes you want to stay all day. The food is so good. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The soups, the quiche, the little sandwiches, all of it feels comforting without being heavy. And the desserts are incredible. I could have ordered every single one. The staff is wonderful. They make you feel welcome right away and they take great care of you without making anything feel rushed. And the gift shop upstairs is so cute. I kept finding things I wanted to take home. It’s the kind of place where you think you will browse for a minute and then suddenly twenty minutes have passed. If you want a relaxing place for lunch or a pretty spot to celebrate something special, Parker Grace is perfect. I already want to go back.

Had a great lunch at the Parker Grace. Hot tea was served in vintage tea pot with each person having a different cup pattern. Honey and lemon provided upon request. It was delicious! Food was excellent and portions were larger than expected for a tea room. The Charleston Iced Peach Tea is a must have. All of the employees were extremely gracious and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back soon.

I recently hosted my daughter’s baby shower at this beautiful tea room, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue was decorated so beautifully, with such thoughtful attention to detail that made the day feel truly special. The food was amazing — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The space was spotless and welcoming, and we loved that there was even a charming boutique upstairs to browse through.
We held the shower in a semi-private room off the main dining area, which created the perfect intimate atmosphere while still feeling part of the lively tea room. Every guest commented on how lovely the setting and experience were.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend this tea room for any event or even just a delightful afternoon tea!

A great place for lunch with your girlfriends! The portion sizes are appropriate for a tea house. I got the chicken salad puff but wish I had ordered the croissant which was a little bigger. The tea for two was delicious and delivered in a hot tea kettle. Keep in mind, this is an old home converted restaurant so your table will be very close to another table. I took my toddler and I wouldn’t suggest taking little ones who are mobile (and overly vocal). The gift shop upstairs was super cute as well! Staff were exceptional and warm. Looking forward to bringing my mom for her birthday!

We visited Parker Grace for my birthday. We were a party of 3. The building itself is very cute, everything looks like it was thrifted and antique. Lunch was served in an Indiana Glass Hen which I thought was so cute. The staff was very friendly. All the baked goods & lunch options were very yummy. The tea was delicious.
Now for the reason I rated 4/5 stars:
-our waitress was a little frazzled with us for some reason? I’m sure it was a busy day & busy in the kitchen however she brought out the wrong tea for one is us (quickly corrected), she forgot to bring out one of the items ordered (was very apologetic and kindly took it off the bill), and she seemed to ask every other table if they were celebrating a special occasion except us.
-we ordered three scones (so good) and in the description it said it would be served with jam and clotted cream. One of the staff members brought out the tiniest amount of clotted cream and stated “you can all share that”. When I asked to have more brought out, they only brought out one more tiny dish. No jam in sight. In my opinion, there should have been a small dish served with each scone. (Tiny dishes of clotted cream in pictures)
-I would love to see Parker Grace offer a “high tea” option. One where it’s brought out on the three tiered plates & made up of baked goods and finger sandwiches.

The younger staff members were very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the older hostess who assisted us. She seemed eager to rush us out despite there being over an hour left before closing and provided very poor service as a result. While the food itself was good, it was not worth the price given the overall experience. I am a firm believer in being a good tipper and always tip for decent service; however, because the service was so awful, we chose not to leave a tip. As we were walking away, the hostess opened the door and glared at us, which only reinforced how uncomfortable and unwelcoming the experience felt. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the hostess’s behavior was genuinely disappointing. She made us feel like we didn’t belong and was rude when we simply asked if there was any sugar available. If you’re looking for a tea place that makes you feel uncomfortable and disrespected, this would be the place. Otherwise, I’d recommend looking elsewhere
