Despite other reviews low rating, I loved this restaurant. It’s beautifully styled, the service was friendly and quick. The quality and taste of the food was good. The options on the menu was excellent – everyone should easily find something to try. I’ll be back tomorrow to try something else! I had the steak starter bowl that includes pineapple. It was delicious! The garden salad with smoked gouda cheese was a nice touch to my grilled to perfection ribeye steak! Give them a try! (I’m a bit sad that the Painted Pony was not there when I visited, maybe next time!)

I would love to say I liked this place but I’d not only be lying to myself but to anyone reading this review.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday. Service was quick and the food arrived in a timely manner. Large portion sizes and a varied menu fromsteaks to pasta. The restaurant is undergoing a change in staff and management . Pleasantly surprised with food and service based on prior reviews.

Tried it Saturday afternoon. 1 or 2 other tables. Wait staff dressed more like a cleaning crew would be dressed. Ordered a $25 steak that came on a cheap chipped plate and over half the plate was covered with fries that were not good. My husband had the cowboy burger that had no bbq flavor. he said Wendy’s burbon bacon burger is better. The bathroom tp and paper towels weren’t in the dispensers. Wasn’t impressed and won’t go back or recommend. For the price I expect much better.

Our waitress Taylor was amazing! She was knowledgable about the menu and very helpful. The portions were huge and the food was great! We will be back and tell all our friends! And the ranch dressing is the best ever!!!

Terrible. Expensive. Toilets overflowing. No toilet paper. Took an hour to get only some of our salads. Salad dressings were in plastic cups and incorrect. Took over an hour to get main entrees. All burgers were cooked incorrectly. Everything was cooked well done, but we ordered med rare, med, and med well. Salmon were all different sizes. Tables were not bussed after an hour of people leaving. Bad service. They were not even busy. Would not recommend it for any reason.

Food was ok, all except the blooming onion. To me it came out burnt. I had to break off the ends couldn’t eat them. Tea was good, burger was good. Just wish the home made chips was hot. They tasted and looked like bag chips being cold.

I realize this is a NEW RESTURANT IN BLUEFIELD, I gave it five stars because I haven’t been here yet and I want it to work out really well for the new owner and for the patrons who will come here. I’m hoping they can turn this ship around it’s a great location get rid of the Slackers! And never hire a cook who knows everything! This comes from experience running restaurants as a Young Man and knowing culinary clientele, of many different flavors. I hope it works for this new establishment!
