Had a lovely family lunch for my son’s birthday. He really wanted to eat good quality oysters. We had 2 types and they did not disappoint. Seabas was amazing, dressed crab was meaty and sweet just as it should be. My skate wing was mych amaller than Ive neen used to in other places but I was satisfied. Black ink risotto was a bit on the bland side. The Australian waiter was lovely and informative. Great location. I do recommend.

WOW! I didn’t even check my “usual” Trip Advisor or Google reviews…just picked a place near Covent Garden. The oysters the crab cake starter were phenomenal. They have an excellent wine list. I tried the local sparkling wine from Kent. AND Dami the manager was just awesome. He really helped with the wine pairing and Daniel gave us the great suggestions for our food!

Too busy eating to take photos. We had the ponzu, tempura and XO oysters – aswell as some loch fyne which were all super fresh and tasty. Anchovy bread was fab, great chips with a bit of a kick. Service was also incredible- staff was really warm and friendly and very attentive aswell as good with helping with the menu and describing different dishes.
All in all a great birthday lunch for my daughter, 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful pre-theatre experience!
We visited The Oystermen before seeing The Lion King musical, and it was the perfect start.
We had oysters and a bottle of organic prosecco, and everything was spot on. The oysters were extremely fresh, beautifully fruity, and full of flavour – clearly top quality. Exactly what you hope for when you come to a place like this.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, also with kids, and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
A great place to enjoy excellent seafood in a calm, authentic setting before heading to the theatre.
We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Thank you!

My partner and I had such a lovely meal here. The food was delicious and genuinely great value for money. We shared the smallest crab and it still left us both super full. We had six oysters each (from the three different oysters of the day) and all were beautifully fresh. The Virgin Mary was a really nice touch. One of the servers even kindly gave us an oyster on the house, which was such a lovely gesture. Samir was especially kind and attentive! The service overall made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back.

What melt in the mouth foavoursome fish and service was 5 star. We were served by Henne (a excuse the spelling) who went above and beyond made us feel at home and even took fluff off my hair having asked for permission first. Second time of going and the changing menu keeps everything fresh and exciting.

We came here because my son was wet, cold, and hungry. We came out great!!! The food was just what we needed, it was comforting and warm, the service was great as well!! We ordered oysters and the chef told us in what order to eat them! Then we had a fish pie and octopus risotto, all of it was delicious! Would come again 11/10

We happened upon this place in Covent Garden as we walked and came in for dinner. Our server was a nice young chap from Australia. Service was top notch. Food was excellent, including Cooley oysters. Atmosphere was upbeat. Highly recommended!
