I’ve eaten Mexican food in 12 different countries, and these shrimp tacos are on another level. Easily the best I’ve ever had — absolutely off the chart. your brain will be singing some Garth Brooks song about Mexico!

Ok so if you like Mexican food this restaurant is the best I have had so far. Don’t let the outside of the building deter you. Looks a little rough. Inside is nice and place is clean. Service was excellent and food was great and fair prices. I would highly recommend. Nice little bar inside had excellent strawberry margaritas. On street parking.

The place is a very nice place: Clean, well ventilated with a very nice AC; every were that we looked we could see cleanliness. Well decorate, and the Bathrooms, very, very clean. The young fellow that was tending our table would come back often to see if we needed anything else. The food is good, with generous portions. Customer service was exceptional.

SO good. First time getting food from here and it was so delicious. Amazing pricing for the amount of food they give. I definitely recommend coming here. I will not be returning to chipotle after I tried this burrito.

First time here, service was excellent. Best service I have had in a while! Waitress made it fun and welcoming. Food was great. I use to travel 25 minutes to get food this good. I’m glad I will no longer have to do that. We got lollipops at the end of our meal which was a complete surprise and made our night! Loved it here. Definitely will be back.

I wish I could give more stars. Stopped in for lunch on the recommendation from a coworker and was not disappointed! I never realized until today that I actually haven’t had good authentic Mexican food. Pavel was absolutely the best and welcomed my wife and I like he’s known us for years. He very attentive and offered many suggestions based on foods we were familiar with from previous restraunt experiences. His attention to detail and the care he put into his food and drink recommendations did not go unnoticed. The food was delivered by someone from the kitchen who was also absolutely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met who also offered additional sauces for us to try. Hands down our new favorite restaurant and will be visiting for years to come!

Good food but consistently bad experience. The food is always late when you go to pick it up by 20-30 min. The orders are regularly missing items as well.
I recently had a bad experience where they forgot our chips (again). The first time we just ignored it but the second time I called to ask for a refund. Despite my receipt and menu both saying Salsa chips, apparently that only means salsa. They were rude and argued with me. They wouldn’t give us a refund or even the actual chips I ordered. I’ve never seen something so greedy and deceitful from any restaurant in this area. This was my last experience with italos and recommend against eating there.
