I was a bit worried with the 4.0 star average review but this place was great. The pizza is excellent, some of the best around. Atmosphere inside was nice and open. Service was really good and quick. Our pizza came out in less than 10 min. Not sure what the low reviews are from but when reading some, I noticed some people who gave a real low review also ranked olive garden a 5?? Maybe my taste buds are getting old. I will return!

Stopped in on a whim for lunch with my husband. We were promptly seat. There were both booths and tables. We decided to split a large pizza and fries. Pizza was cooked well with a good cheese pull. Could have used a tad bit more sauce for my husband’s liking but overall good. Cajun spiral fries very good. Cooked perfectly.

Draft beer was tasty and the apple cider sangria was good. Perfect ratio of cider to white wine.

Logan was friendly and attentive. We will return to try other menu items.

I ordered a personal size Balsamic Roasted Veggie pizza and a rum punch. Both were delicious. The pizza had fresh, crisp vegetables. Hearty dough. Very filling. A little far for regular trips but I did like it.

My husband and I had lunch here yesterday. We each had a pizza. They were amazing! The crusts wete fantastic and perfectly cooked. Plenty of toppings. We could watch them making and then cooking them in their brick oven. Our server, Amanda, was awesome. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

The pizza is great. Thin crust, crispy. What you’d expect from a brick oven pizza joint. The nachos were good but the cheese under the top layer wasn’t melted. No big deal, I ended up taking most of them and half the small pizza home. Server was great. Seated quickly, but it was a Sunday night. Lil pricey, but that’s the way of things now.

The wait person seemed extremely busy, but did the best that they could. We waited a good hour for a pizza that came out overcooked. The crust was dry and tasteless . They insisted that they weren’t taking care of takeout first, but we could clearly see takeout boxes going out a lot faster than the dine in. The couple next to us had the same complaint, that it took too long to get their pizza. The manager came by and had a very dry personality and was not helpful, probably burnt out from getting all the bad feedback from customers

As a local, I was hoping this would be our new go-to. The bar service is great and the draft beers are poured well. However, the food quality is inconsistent—dry beef in the nacho fries and cheap chips for the spinach artichoke dip—for a price point that feels a bit high. The policy of excluding “starters” from the “appetizer” happy hour felt unnecessary and a bit deceptive. It’s a shame because the vibe is good, but the value just isn’t there.

I’m not a big fan of pizza but I did visit the two previous pizzerias that occupied the same space as the Oven. I have also visited the Community Oven in Hampton. I was hungry and in the area, so why not!
I had the special, Meat Pizza. The meat was chicken with spinach, goat cheese and balsamic drizzle. It was very good! I liked their pizza better than Hampton’s Oven because my pizza wasn’t greasy. My unsweetened iced tea actually had a “head” on it, like a beer ,
Watching the staff make the pizzas was interesting. I wish I could toss pizza dough up in the air and make it spin.
Service was very good . My server was friendly, helpful and checked on me several times. You can pay your bill at the table with your phone from the receipt .
WiFi and seasonal outdoor seating available.
I recommend this pizzeria!

My family of three just left and honestly, I wish we hadn’t even gone. Overpriced and underwhelming.

We ordered three pizzas(2 small, 1 personal), three drinks, and the buffalo chicken dip. The best thing about the meal was the drinks, they serve the Maine Root sodas.

Buffalo chicken dip: The menu in the restaurant tells you nothing about what is in it. I cannot eat blue cheese so we confirmed it did not have that in it prior to ordering. We waited forever for the dip and spinach and artichoke dip brought out to start. Once this was “corrected” we got a weird mixture of spinach and artichoke buffalo chicken dip. Not great at all. I looked the menu up online for this review and it is indeed a buffalo chicken spinach and artichoke dip, not good when that’s not what you’re expecting.

Pizza 1: Personal Margherita- too much cheese, the mozzarella slices were barely warm, and the crust was not fully cooked. Two pieces of basil for the whole thing.

Pizza 2: PPM- Burnt crust, too much cheese, not cut all the way through, and just very disappointing.

Pizza 3: Fire Pit Sausage(?)- Burnt crust, barely any sauce, not cut all the way through, and again, very disappointing.

We came in at 6:45ish and we left at 8:30. It was somewhat busy when we came in, nothing too crazy for a Saturday night, just some bigger parties. We barely saw our server the entire time. They were more focused on the larger parties that they had, I get it those take more time, but it almost felt like we were purposely being skipped.

Overall, as I stated before, underwhelming and overpriced. Will not return, nor recommend.

This is my grandsons go to place for dinner when he sleeps over. We enjoy the food and the servers are wonderful…very attentive, polite and well informed. Good pizza is not always easy to find in our area. The Oven puts out a pretty nice product. Wonderfully thin crust with a good chew and not over sauced or buried in cheese. Toppings are fresh and delicious. If you haven’t been you must give it a try. You’ll be happy you did!
