First time trying highway gas station que. Pretty solid overall, I’m a fan of a peppery rub so that was a bit of a miss but doesn’t take away from the overall. Sides we good, service was quick, definitely give it a shot of you’re looking for a meat fix.

A real hidden gem just off the highway in Fergus Falls. You can tell they really know what they are doing with their smoked meats. Super delish, great value and honestly the best gas station bbq I’ve ever had. Everyone working when we visited was cool, helpful and passionate about their craft.

The guy working was very friendly and told us a few tidbits about what they do special there. We got the wings, brisket, Mac and cheese, beans, and the corn. It was all delicious and 10/10, my favorite was the wings with hot honey and the ranch corn. Definitely will be back!
