My MIL is moving into the area so we decided to give this place a try. Come here hungry!!! Portions were pretty good size. Food was hot and orders came out fast and correct. Excited to try their lunch and dinner menus.
Update: We tried them for dinner and it was fantastic. Food was tasty and plentiful. The salsa & chips were delicious. Be sure and get a side of guacamole! The mama margarita was enough to share if you’re so inclined. Will definitely be back here again.

Nice people and lovely service. The quesadilla bites in the appetizers section is one of the best things I’ve eaten. Being a spice lightweight I opted to sloup the jalapeños…. But they’re made in house! Definitely doing again. There was one mixup that was a supplier’s fault, but they went above and beyond to fix it for me anyway.

Started with a chip and salsa free starter. The chips tasted fresh and the salsa was very good. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and they were delicious!! Lots of filling, melty cheese, and so much flavor! Daughter got the street fries minus pico and guacamole. She loved them. Fries were nice and crispy and the steak was cooked well. Everything came out so quickly. Coffee was also good. Everything we had was good. Great service for lunch time on a Saturday.

I haven’t been back until today since Otis had sold some years ago. I am happily surprised that they kept alot of the original menu items and still make them in a similar way. Otis still has that old fashioned family dinner feel and welcoming staff. Will for sure be back.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time since new owners took over. We both ordered a Mexican plate, one was steak fajita and the other chicken flautus. Both of our meats weren’t seasoned and the steak was pretty tough. My chicken reminded me of boiled, unseasoned meat. It was very disappointing. My husband was honest with them about the food and they were very gracious and gave us a discount. But reading through some of the other reviews it seems that there is a consistency of food not being seasoned, or being tough. I honestly have no desire to go back.

In the past 2 days we have ordered from Otis for 2 separate meals. The first time we ordered we were so impressed we wanted more the next day! The first day I ordered the flautas and my husband ordered birria. We were shocked at how delicious it was. From the flavorful refried beans to the tender and tasty (not dried out) Spanish rice, it was all perfect. We also got a side of chips and salsa and the salsa was fantastic. Wish we could buy a larger container! The second order my husband got breakfast and I ordered enchiladas. Again, delicious. We never expected such good food to come from such an unsuspecting restaurant. We eat out frequently, and this has to be the best Mexican food we have had in the valley, and we have tried them all multiple times. Keep up the great work team, those meals were damn delicious!

Our men’s group has a standing reservation at the Otis Grill on the 4th Saturday of every month. Mario puts together an excellent buffet breakfast for us. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
