Offering delicious items for sharing, charcuterie, fresh salads and hot sandwiches. The OSPREY covers a full dining experience. Along with vintages from Sovereign Estate Winery, we offer NA beverages as well as beer for our customers. Enjoy beautiful views of the vineyard overlooking Lake Waconia on our expansive patio and covered veranda. We have indoor seating in our cozy Willow Room for cooler weather and a fine dining menu during the late fall and winter months.

I came here with friends and had a nice time. The pizza was really good! I will say the service was meh. I wasn’t told about any recommendations and I have never been here. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a receipt but my friend was. I wanted a receipt but didn’t get asked so I didn’t get one. The cashier also didn’t ask for ID’s which is fine as I am 23 but thank goodness I wasn’t an undercover cop testing the business. Aside from that the wine was also good, I was sad as they don’t do flights on Friday but then I saw someone else got one ….

Sovereign Estates was really a great place to relax with family and some wine. Jeff Carver was the musician, and he was really good. We were celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary on 6/8, and we had a wonderful time. Would it be possible to have some table games or something for kids to do?
