Absolutely wonderful experience!! Staff was very welcoming and attentive, food was delicious, and the tv setup/seating arrangement makes it easy to watch your favorite sports. Having a movie theater on the other side of the bar is also a really fun feature. You really have to check it out!!

I have had bar tenders that were awesome. I have had one that had the personality of a rock.???
So….
We got menus, put in order for drinks. After a long time they came to get our food order??? No drinks yet….Now the restaurant is not full, not half full, not a quarter full. 11 people are in the restaurant. My wife orders NO croutons…. She gets them. I order the special…. Brown sugar heat??? Advertised everywhere around the restaurant. Only to be told not available. We order a Togo order and never get it….We weren’t charged but just horrible on all accounts. What’s going on here??? This place needs corporate help!! Fast

This is the worst Buffalo wild wings location. I don’t know who they’re hiring but whoever they’re hiring doesn’t know how to cook. It’s sickening the food they serve there everything is overcooked or old. I received a offer on my Buffalo wild wings app so we proceeded to go on a BOGO cheeseburger day. That was our biggest mistake. Felt disgusting after eating here. We couldn’t even finish the food.

Went here on 1/18/25 With family. Place was busy but were seated right away. The waitress we had was very impatient and got our order wrong. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food and when we did recieve it a burger that was ordered was not even put on the order. The Manager had to bring it to go. She was not available and the service was terrible. One of the burgers was under cooked. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I understand it is the only one they have in that small city. But i believe the manager does not know how to run the restaurant. When we got there it was not that busy. They took an hour + to get our order out and when it came out our fries were cold. Not the waiters fault, but they should hire more cooks or more staff.

Food was disgusting… Everything tasted like it all came out of the same fryer. Service was disappointing. She was a nice girl. But, inattentive and more involved with friends/phone?? Kept disappearing….. Trash everywhere including underwear in the parking lot. Felt like we were in Minnesota…. Floor in the bar area was sticky.

I love this place, food is always fantastic. Service on the other hand, I have lived here for years. I’ll go here, have very slow service for a 6 piece boneless and straw. Lemonade. Shouldn’t be waiting for more than 20-30.. but I’ll wait an hour I guess while I hear you all laugh and talk in the back killing time. I am finally writing a review because after giving it time to come back, I’m always disappointed with the service, Togo and dine in and several other co workers say they stopped going for this reason. The one thing to fix pleaasse ! Everyone loves fast service!

We were staying in the area for business and chose to eat here. The service was great for carry out they asked me at least 4 times if I wanted something to drink while waiting.
Works seem to be super nice.
I got the chef salad and wings.
The salad was very small barely covering the bottom of the container and didn’t even fill it half way. The wings were very dry nearly no sauce and the ranch and blue cheese were not marked so that was a guessing game.
Not real please with the food. Very expensive

I’m not sure what changed over the last year, but they’ve gone down hill. The last few times it has taken 20 minutes to seat, then subsequently too about 2 hours for the dining experience. The food has, each time, come out cold and it was pulling teeth to get refills. I have over 50,000 points and probably won’t ever spend them now.
Wish they would go back to what they were
We go nearly every Saturday and always ask for Michelle. She brings life to the place- what an excellent server. Love the wings. Always get extra crispy. The new “Hot BBQ” is amazing. Great flavor with a touch of heat.
