This was the worst food I have ever put in my mouth. I ordered the stuffed potato with chicken. The potato was old and brown and drowning in bbq sauce and cheese sauce I think to cover up the fact it was 2 small potatoes cut in half. My husband had the ribs they were dried out and old. My first and last visit here

Pleasantly surprised by this place; when I arrived only one other couple was in the place. I ordered rib ends which I thought were burnt ends by another name. Odd as they may be they were really good. The BBQ sauce had a nice deep flavor too. The fries were nice and hot, without the Cajun seasoning I suspect they’d be bland but they were good. The beans were unlike any I’d had before and were tasty with pieces of beef in them along with some bell pepper chunks, recommended item.

Sometimes food (meat) can be a little cool bc they smoke it (i think at the other location) and keep it in a warmer but it always tastes good to my family and the owner periodically comes to this location and treats everyone like family, even gave me free dessert on my birthday! Local owned and special. Also they have a drive through window.

To bad 5 stars is all you can rate. I got the rib tips awesome . Got a sample platter of meats by far the best brisket I have had. Ribs where smoky and full of flavor moist phenomenal. This place has ruined me for bbq absolutely delicious and great service. Highly highly recommend. We will be back it deserves 10 stars honestly super pleased

I went with some girlfriends, one of who cousin own this place, he just been there for two weeks, the food was DELICIOUS, he doesn’t only sell barbecue, he have a soul-food buffet going on Mon-Wed 11-2pm and Thurs-Fri 4-9pm (Thurs-Fri Only) all you can eat catfish, I recommend this place for good homemade soul-food made from scratch. I love the atmosphere, great customer service.

Food was fine. But I ordered a Jumbo Pork Shoulder combo priced at $8.79 and was charged $10.70. That equates to over 21% sales tax. MS sales tax is 7%. Horn Lake tax on restaurants and hotels is another 3%.. I’m. not sure if it is the owner taking a rake or the employee but someone certainly is. I won’t be back. Someone is dishonest here.

I didn’t know there was another location in Southaven, we’d always visit the Memphis location. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the buffet and it was good. The customer service was great..the staff gave the women chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. They also gave away door prizes. The sweet Lady that won the door prize passed out roses to my friend and I as we dined with our husbands. I’ll definitely visit again.

We have been to the one in Memphis many times. This is the first time here in horn lake. The food was excellent as I expected. First time having a beef BBQ burrito. It was huge and so flavorful. Service was polite and friendly.

Just got home with a to go order…my husband’s order was wrong. I requested corn on the cob and deviled egg with his chicken tenders, but found steak fries in the box. Chicken was too tough to eat. Will not go back since this is second time we’ve had problems.
