We tried this place for the first and probably the last time! Music was pretty loud and had a hard time hearing the person taking out order. Person taking our order was either new or just didn’t know the food very well when asked questions. The ONLY thing we ordered to get a good rating was the French fries. We ordered onion rings that were over cooked. A pretzel that was so over cooked it was almost like a hard sour dough pretzel. The cheese steak sandwiches look SO good online but they are nothing like what you really receive. Our sandwiches were about the size of a hot dog bun. Mr. Hero has bigger sandwiches. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in what we received for food.

The sandwich was in fact delicious. Struggling with the fact it cost $20 for an 8” cheesesteak sandwich. Having spent that amount on a cheesesteak and fountain drink, I was still very hungry. The bread was soft and flavorful which I enjoyed. The steak was flavorful as well. Don’t misunderstand this as you read it, the sandwich was delicious. It just didn’t have the value I expected for a $20 lunch. I tried it, it taste good, but I will choose to dine elsewhere at this time.

Been several times and the issue here is consistency. Tonight was the last. Went and had 3 folks in front of me. Food took a little long but nothing terrible. I got a large original and fries.
Fries were ok but a little mushy, even though I ate them within 3 minutes of getting my order. Other issue was that the fries appeared to be from the bottom of the bag, as they were mostly little scraps with about 7 or 8 bigger fries mixed in.
The cheesesteak had very little meat on it and was not worth the 13 dollars I forked over for it. Meat was dry with very little mushrooms or onions and not even sure if they put cheese on it because I didn’t even taste or see any.
As much as I try to support small business, they need to be fair to the consumer as well as give us a little bit for the $18 dollars in spent.
Hasn’t been like this in the past but slowly this place is slipping.
I hope someone sees this from the store and steps their game up!

Clean restaurant and friendly attentive staff. Cheesesteak was good, a little spicy, which was a nice change to what we’re used to. The bun was twice the amount of filling would have been better if it was proportionate. The chicken tenders and fries were more like dry breading and soggy potatoes. Disappointing.

Don’t fall for the stock photos.
Ordered takeout.
Good thing we had a coupon, would not have been with it at full price.
It is nice that the bread is good, because there was hardly any meat or toppings on the sandwich. What was on there was good.
Did not take a photo because all you would see is bread with a smear of cheese on it.

Don’t call this Philly Cheesesteak. These are glorified grilled cheese with a little meat. I lived in Philly, they take Cheesesteak serious and would embarrass this place. Even the chicken Philly was terrible. Customer service was ok, food is definitely not!

Ordered original cheese steak with wizz and onions. Beef was very greasy with no flavor. Bread was mushy and greasy. Cheese was tasteless and artificial. Also ordered tater tots which were greasy and were falling apart. Obviously frozen then deep fried. I have been wanting to try this place for a long time as I spent a great deal of time in Philly and had many cheesesteaks. These are not even close. Never again!

Our sandwiches were really good and had plenty of cheese wiz. Our onion rings were very good but I did expect a little more for $6. Our fries were also very tasty but unfortunately they had more bacon than cheese causing them to have an unpleasant texture. I had higher expectations for them being $8. Their prices were a little steep as we ended up paying nearly $40 for just two of us. My only other gripe was that the tables and the floor were a little dirty. Other than those things, our food was very good. I would possibly go back but I would definitely order less food next time. I would suggest them if you have a craving for a good cheesesteak sandwich though. The quality of their sandwiches mostly makes up for their pricing. Also beware that if you pay with your credit card, they charge you a little more than they would if you were to pay in cash. That would have been nice to know ahead of time.

I don’t like writing bad reviews however, I do think it’s important to provide feedback good or bad. Today was definitely one of the most disappointing sandwiches I’ve had in a long long time. I picked up a few large cheesesteak sandwiches and literally… there was nothing on it! I’ve been there a few other times and honestly I thought it was pretty average place. I’m not sure why my experience this time was so different. You could have taken all those toppings and put it into about a third of that sandwich. It was like every other bite was eating a plain piece of bread.

NOW THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CHEESESTEAK EXPERIENCE!
How authentic, you might ask?
As authentic as marching down Broad Street and climbing the greased poles after the Eagles beat the Chiefs!!!
Real Philadelphians skip the Wit.
Go for the American cheese and fried onions and bite into that savory goodness. Definitely grateful to have a taste of home as I’m visiting from Philly!
Thank you all so much for bringing this to Ohio!
Sincerely,
The Heroic Singer.
