Absolute joke of a place expecting people during a blizzard, with 2 feet of snow to deliver their orders. If you want to deliver orders, use your own drivers, you want people to drive to Newark and Belleville to Bring Your Stuff Around When It’s Not Safe, you shouldn’t even be open only for pick up….. No consideration for nothing just looking to make every penny went through the other night.They even overcharged me for a Slice, it was a pepperoni slice.They rang it up as a specialty like I haven’t been there before…… Big woman behind the counter , with the fake eyelashes

Placed order for small pizza and stuffed shells. From time of placed order to time of arrival was a hour and half. Food was cold and not even that good won’t ever eat there again. 35 in food and it went in the trash can still tipped delivery guy because it’s not his fault poor management.

Soo they deliver our food 2 hours later lied that they tried calling and left it outside in the middle of December…. Even if the delivery driver for them did call a few times as they “claim” they could have also texted didn’t even receive a text in this day and age they usually call OR text which they definitely did not even call the working phone that we have was able to call them just fine they had the audacity to not even ask for a refund or nothing the food was ice cold as you can imagine…..this place might as well shut down seriously

Happy Father’s Day to me from The Original Primo Pizza. First time ordering from them and through Slice, since they support local businesses. Delivery time was 10 minutes earlier than expected but received what you see in the pictures. I’ve worked in the Industry many years ago and it was obvious they put the additional items of my order on top of the box cause the cheese was glued to the box. Contacted Slice to rectify this order and the only option given was a credit for $8.50. HALF of the pie had no cheese and they did not honor this. Very poor experience with this place and the app. Glad it was one time and won’t be ordering from a business that conducts business this way.

Do NOT order food from here. My order was supposed to arrive by 10:15; no later than 10:40. It still wasn’t delivered by 11:15! I’m currently still waiting and dreading how cold the food will be. Shut this delivery service down!!! BS

OMG! I loved this pizza so much I ordered it twice during my stay at Embassy Suite the second night I did also got the Tiramisu! Everything I had was delicious! It must’ve been if I ordered it twice, right? Ordering on the phone was quick and courteous! I had it delivered with prompt and friendly service! I loved the thin sliced pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and the Caesar salad was awesome! You must get the tiramisu it was so so good! If I’m ever back in the area for work I will definitely order again! Thank you Primo!

they left our food outside and lied that they called meanwhile its quiet in the house we are hungry like wolves waiting for the phone call 2hrs and 20 min later and finally called them she said “oh they tried calling so it was left outside” WHO DOES THATTTTTTT NEVER AGAIN IT IS THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER IMAGINE THE HOT FOOD!!!!!!
