I ordered fries and asked for them to be crispy. I also asked for ranch and when I got my food the fries weren’t crispy and they didn’t have ranch. The oil being old could be the problem, from my experience working in the bar scene your grade should be changed out and often as you sell food. High traffic on the food means more frequent grease changes or else things won’t get as crispy as they are supposed to. I wish that I would have known that before I paid for the food. I know that I’m about to get a batch of refried fries, but, I guess you get the quality of where you decide to hang. FYI I went to the car and got some dressing and ordered some sauce from someone who was cooking outside. It saved them enough to not be a waste of money.
