The Gino’s on Alexis Rd. is AMAZING!!!! Kallie F. was inviting and helpful when ordering as it was my first time! The bread sticks were just right, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside with garlic butter from OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The pizza was also delicious as the toppings and cheese were to the edge and cooked to perfection!!!!! I will definitely be back and recommend this Gino’s for anyone who wants a super good pizza experience ❤️

You can’t beat a small pizza with 2 toppings for 10 bucks. On top of that, it’s (in my opinion) one of the best, if not THE best, pizzas in Toledo. Especially if you like the sauce that’s a little more on the sweet side and you get the spicy sausage to offset it. Cheese to the edge with a perfect crunch and not too much dough so you get a chance to enjoy it without feeling like you swallowed a brick the rest of the day. I’ll continue to go here for as long as I’m in the area

The food used to be good here. This is my fourth time ordering from Alexis rd and three out of the four have been over cooked. It’s terrible that you guys can’t cook a pizza the correct way. Also this is Gino’s pizza and you only have one parmesan shaker and it wasn’t available due to sitting at a table of two hogs today on 10/01/25 at 415 pm and the employee wasn’t willing to go get it from the table so I get a burnt pizza and three parm packets. Not what I went in for.

This Gino’s restaurant on Alexis Rd. Went above and beyond. I need an order of 12 extra large pizzas for a meeting at work. I First called the one on Monroe St. and was told they couldn’t take my payment over the phone and that they also would NOT start to make the order until I got there and paid first. Which was completely unacceptable to leave work and sit at their place waiting for them to make them. So I told them I’ll just call the one on Alexis. This Gino’s didn’t open for another 45 minutes but luck was in my favor and they answered. They not only took my order over the phone but also told me they would have the order ready by the time they opened. They had all the pizzas ready and each box labeled. Sent plates and napkins. The ladies that took the order and helped my husband when he arrived was amazing.

Ordered 3 pizzas and a cheese bread.. They forgot one pizza, gave us two cheese breads instead. We called to let them know: No big deal but -I would be on the way back up to grab the missing pizza. The extremely unprofessional manager told us she wouldn’t even begin to make the pizza (I paid for) until I brought her back the cheese bread she mistakenly gave us. She immediately got snappy and rude, told me 8 times it was company policy to not even begin to make anything “NEW” until the mistake was brought back into the restaurant!!! I was so taken back because I wasn’t calling about getting something for free, just the pizza I had actually paid for! Not sure why I was being treated as an inconvenience when the problem was clearly on their end. People have no business being in customer service if they operate in this way, especially in management.
This was a missed opportunity to fix a simple problem, just behave as a decent person but not even one apology was given, she stood there giving dirty looks when we came to pick it up, still no effort to apologize!
So heads up maybe they’re sending out food to paying customers from mistakes that have been brought back into the restaurant.

So good! Staff was friendly and efficient and the dining area was clean and organized. Husband was reffing hockey and we were freezing and hungry. Was told this was the best pizza place. They were right!

My nephew and I went to Gino’s for dinner and it was amazing! The restaurant was clean and made you feel great about eating there! The service was top tier, friendly staff . The pizzas were prepared the way we ordered and nice and fresh!
