Date Feb 21st- time stamp 8:00 pm. The employee who served me was extremely rude, first I asked to see if they had a crunchy taco available, she didnt even know what a hard taco was, how do you not know what that is when working at a Mexican fast food restaurant, secondly we asked for a cheese and bean quesadilla, the order comes out wrong and instead of replacing it they tell us to go away and that all they can do is give us a refund. Also asked for a cup, she first told me that they don’t have cups, then i see the cups behind her so I ask her again can i have a cup, she stated that we only sell cups can’t give one out, and then they blamed us for there mistake for the food being wrong. She is very very very rude, and needs proper training on how to treat customers and other people with respect. Wont be coming here again thats for sure, the worst service ive ever experiencedy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place does not deserve to be open for business.
There are very few good options in food F especially if you eat human food and not dog food. So when I found something I could eat, I stood and patiently waited for the employee to look up from her phone to acknowledge my existence.

I knew what I wanted for the last 120 seconds but whatever you have in your phone was more important than your work. Take pride in your job or just quit.

Worst quesadilla ever, steak had no taste.
I asked and ordered salsa; after 10 minutes, my order was ready and when I requested my salsa the same individual who took my order told me that they have no salsa (Mexican food restaurant with no salsa???) and the worst for last. The extremely poor attitude of the entire staff: from the senior citizen that took my order from the person who handed me my order. I’m glad I don’t live here

Quite possibly some of the most disgusting food I’ve eaten. Awful service and awful food.

Literally the worst food, and longest wait time despite being the only person to order. I was given raw taco shell, everything was disgusting. Would rate zero if it was possible as the staff really could not give any less craps.

Not terrible, not great. And there are few options in this terminal. The chips and salsa were good, the beef and chicken tacos were not. Also expensive for what it is, and service was terrible and slow. Sadly only read the reviews after ordering.

Ordered the cheese quesadilla. After waiting 15min, I asked about it. At that time they yelled to the kitchen to start making it. This place is a joke. Go anywhere else if you can help it.

Service was so bad, I get it low expectations but this goes as low as you can go. Would have picked Burger King, but the lines were so long, but honestly probably the same time. Not worth your time or money.

I havent eaten meat in over 10 years and confirmed with the woman at the desk 2 times to not put meat in my burrito. She spoke fluent English and still put chicken in my burrito. Spoke to the line cook and she confirmed the woman told her to put chicken in the order. I took multiple bites without noticing. So if you have an allergy this is a warning not to eat here.
