✨ Amazing Experience! ✨
The customer service was excellent — super friendly and attentive. The food was incredibly flavorful and well-prepared. I had the grilled chicken and also tried the beef plate — both were delicious and came with a colorful variety of sides.

The drinks were just as impressive! The jamaica was refreshing, and the michelada was perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend! ️

Chalio’s Birrieria in Fort Worth is one of my favorite spots! The food is always delicious, and the service is top-notch — everyone is so friendly and attentive. I really enjoy their variety of drinks; they’re super creative and always perfectly made. The live musicians that come and go on the weekends make the atmosphere even better — such a fun and lively vibe! Definitely a place I love coming back to.

Came to Chalio restaurant for the first time today because I’m a sucker for birria, it was great, the tortillas were huge, salsa was great I had a “llorona” drink that has mezcal, couldn’t even take a second sip since it was so strong ‍ they took a while to sit us and after that it took them a while to come ask us for drinks, it was pretty busy so I understand, I will be back

Have been going to Chalios for many years. Used to go to the small old location very often. Love their ceviche. Chips and salsa are charged separately. Also usually order Chille Relleno one of my favorite dishes. Their service was ok, very busy and the new location is a lot bigger but overall the food is still very good. There are no prices on the menu. I liked the system of paying the bill on the table with a QR code on the receipt. Makes it a lot faster!

The drinks were pretty good. The waiter didn’t speak a lick of English so it made it a little difficult. My burrito was really good! My wife didn’t like the carnitas plate. She said it was too dry. The server didn’t get me a couple of things because he didn’t understand I’d imagine. I give it 3/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐

The food here is amazing and the cooks are literally carrying this restaurant. I got the Molcajete Yucateco and the red sauce was to die for and went well with all the different meats that it came with. That chorizo was specifically good and will ask for extra the next time I get this molcajete. Also, the refried beans were the best yet! Something so simple yet delicious. I did have a few issues, the first was being told that they weren’t going to separate the bill although there was 17 of us. It wasn’t until I mentioned that I would like to talk to the manager that they allowed the bill to be split. I did appreciate the understanding since it would have been difficult for one person to pay the whole bill. I also don’t like that the menu doesn’t have a price on their items even though they used to be available in older menus. I understand that prices increase but I want to know what I’m paying, it shouldn’t be a surprise until the end. The last issue is my wife telling me that the bathroom had no soap nor paper towels. Overall, I love the food and those cooks deserve a raise.

Very disappointed with our visit. The tortillas were soggy with hard ends and not fresh—the server even said she wasn’t allowed to bring fresh ones. Our food came out at different times, making the meat cold before rice and beans arrived. I told the server about the tortillas, but the replacement took so long we ended up eating the bad ones. Long wait just to get boxes. The cashier said she couldn’t help. We drove a long way and were excited to come back, but this experience was upsetting. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning.

The food is great, but the host at the front gave us an attitude and seated multiple parties ahead of us, even a bigger party than us. The food made up for the bad service we received up front and our server was great.

Place SLAPS. Really good molcajete, but *listen* to them when they warn you about the sauce being spicy! Fantastic horchata and perfect fresh tortillas. Wish We’d gotten chips and salsa included, but this is a 10/10 come back restaurant. Incredible menu, including a TON of awesome looking breakfast items.

— UPDATE 9/22 —
Went back again this weekend and ordered some breakfasts. Super delicious, but I tell ya what… this time it was *way* more expensive than what I’d expected (like $50 for 2 meals + 2 horchatas for 2 people ). Still love the place, but definitely pumping the brakes on eating there every week.
