I tried this bread for the first time this past weekend, and I’m so glad I did. I don’t normally eat bread, but after talking to one of the owners—who was so passionate and confident about their products—I knew I had to give it a try. This turned out to be the most delicious bread I’ve ever eaten. You can immediately taste the quality: the ingredients are clearly top-notch and it’s crafted with integrity. This is not your average sugar-loaded soft bread. It is firmer and it feels nutritious, too! I shared it with my mother and she is also obsessed. I can’t wait to try their other options.

My daughter had been gluten free for a long time. We purchased this bread at the beginning of the summer farmers market and continued to purchase it weekly. It is fermented which breaks down the gluten. Not only could she eat it and not have her belly hurt but it tastes amazing as well! The whole family is hooked on The Olde Craft Bakery bread. We’ve tried just about every bread they’ve offered – all delicious. Another plus, unlike processed breads, one slice is filling. The loaves freeze well too. Thank you For making delicious, healthy bread for my family!

I can’t get enough of the sourdough spelt whole grain! It is exactly what I’m looking for in a bread – organic whole grain and actually real sourdough. I LOVE getting it the day it’s baked and making avocado toast, can’t beat it! Thank you for making an excellent quality bread!

Excellent bread. We usually buy one of each from the selection and freeze it. Just what our family was looking for organic, clean and tasty bread made of premium ingredients which is hard to find in regular grocery store.

There are some wonderful bakeries and breads in this area but the bread from this bakery takes the gold. Crusty, but moist and light inside with great flavor, we love the Wheat, Oats and Flax. To see how well it lasts, we left it on the countertop. (Most last 1-2 days on the countertop before drying to an un-eatable level) this bread was still good on the SIXTH. We love this bread.
