I didn’t expect to find real pho like this in this town, so Hatsukoi Sushi & Pho surprised me. As soon as they brought out the bowl, I knew it was going to hit. The noodles were close to authentic and the broth smelled and tasted like home. It honestly gave me homeland flashbacks.
My cousin had the chicken katsu and it was good, but the pho was definitely the highlight. It was my first time here and the people were extremely nice. This is officially my top 1 pho spot now.

Hands down the most consistent and best sushi in OS! A true family-owned and operated business and the pride in their product and service shows. We ordered the Volcano, Black Pearl, Crab Delight, Shrimp Tempura and Forget Me Not rolls; each was exceptional.

I really enjoyed spending quality time with my sister and seeing my chef friend Mike Larry Soun . When you can tell him just make me something and still remembers after all this time what I like and don’t like,that shows full trust! Also I tried Pho for the first time and it was amazing!It’s been probably 10 + years since I’ve seen Mike Larry Soun . We first met him at a tiny restaurant off Leroy Stephens Rd and cottage Hill. My husband and I were just dating at the time. I was really hesitant to try sushi. He was so personable and said,I will take care of you. Tell me what you do and do not like. I promise,you will love it. After that night, I refused to eat anyone else’s sushi until he moved to Mississippi. No one can compare to him still to this day. I highly recommend going there and if he’s there, tell him I sent you! He will hook you up!

We are visiting the area from New York where we have the best food in the country and the sushi did not disappoint here! It was very fresh and big pieces for the money. The service was exceptional and we love a family run business!!

The egg drop and miso soups were amazing! The crawfish sushi was quite fishy and overpowering. The crunchy roll was devoid of the wonderful crunch. The other rolls we ordered were fine. The service was wonderful, the ladies were sweet and attentive. Would come again and try the pho.

Overall a good experience. The food was well prepared. I had The Flying Dagger which was great. A little sweet with hint of spice. Also had sashimi, which was ok. A bit grainy. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere and staff were delightful. Should I find the need for sushi in Ocean Springs I shall return.

There’s a little weird smell when I initially walked in, but it went away after awhile. The food is alright, although my sushi standard might be really high. The server are nice, service is quick. Although their “sales tax” is 9%… the server said oceans springs sale tax is 9%… I just looked it up, and it’s 7% so I’m not sure why they put in extra 2%.

Delicious! The sushi is fresh, with unique and tasty flavors. The calamari had a nice, crunchy breading and the egg rolls were the classic Vietnamese recipe we love. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Miso Soup, but it won’t stop me from coming back to eat. The restaurant was clean and the staff so nice and friendly. Price was good too. Cannot wait to try the other items on the menu. The perfect sushi restaurant!

A very friendly atmosphere!! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and looked after every step of the way. I was recommended an appetizer and it was amazing! I also ordered a bowl of eggdrop soup and a Titanic Roll. The eggdrop soup was cilantro based, which was a suprise, but was very good. The Titanic roll was bigger than expected but had a fantastic flavor to it. I loved how the people working here talked to me as if they’ve known me forever. Very casual and friendly. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for some good sushi in OceanSprings!
