This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is beautiful inside, clean restroom, and nice ambiance. I really enjoyed the room we were in and that the restaurant is multiple long dining halls like the train cars. Its great to be able to hear those you are with without trying to tune out other dinner goers or music. The service was friendly, timely, and courteous. Appetizers, drinks, entrees, and dessert were absolutely superb. I cannot wait to return. I g8ve it a full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped in for the first time and was really impressed with food and service, I have seen a few of these style of places around while traveling and figured I would check it out. The staff was Attentive and the food was delish. Portions were big! The sourdough bread was fresh and great with the soup.

Amazing history behind the building. You have the option to dine in an train car. Staff was very friendly. Menu was simple and clear. Architecture and stained glass is spectacular.

I love this place. My boyfriend and I eat here regularly. The food is wonderful and all of our servers have been so nice. And the building itself is beautiful!

Atmosphere was wonderful. That’s where the positive feedback stops. We went here last night for my best friends bachelorette party dinner. There was a group of 6 of us. We reserved a spot for 5:15 and we weren’t seated until 20 minutes after that… The waitress did not acknowledge us and our reasoning for being there at all, when we were very clearly celebrating. It took 30 minutes to get drinks. We got salads and soup probably 35 minutes after that. And then 45 minutes later we got dinner and had to ask for boxes so we could leave for our event…. 2 hours we waited for our meal… to then rush the dinner and dessert portion of our meal. We had to ask someone else for boxes.. The waitress gave us our tabs we paid and she sent someone else to give our cards back. No apology for the wait, no check ins for waters or how the food was. It was very disappointing.

We had the best server. It was for my dad’s 80th birthday. He loves trains so this was perfect. Food was on point. So yummy. Will definitely be back again.

I absolutely love coming here. First of all, the atmosphere is out of this world. You feel like you’ve just stepped into the 1940s or something. All the trains, train memorabilia, the decor, the lighting, everything! It is just absolutely beautiful and a must see. The food is made fresh everyday and is absolutely divine. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like. We’ve always had great service. I wish it was a little bit cheaper…. But it really is a great experience overall.

I haven’t been to an Old Spaghetti Factory in some time and the last time I was, the menu was quite expansive. Things have changed and there are fewer options, but what is there is very good! For example, this is the shrimp fettuccine which I highly recommend!

We celebrated our 24 year anniversary here and our server Neil was amazing, the French bread, garlic bread and toasted ravioli appetizers were warm, crispy and yummy, my husband loved the blue cheese dressing that came on his salad and the minestrone that came with my meal so much, he got both. I got a blackberry Italian Cream soda that was not great, but the chicken spinach tortellini was killer, and I ordered a side of white clam sauce to add to it, damn! So good! My husband liked the chicken piccata, though nothing outrageous. It was the atmosphere, service and the delicious sauces that were too good to remove any stars. We had a great time and we will definitely be back to try other options. Thanks for a lovely anniversary feast : )
