My friend and I had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was above expectations! The two employees working there where PHENOMENAL. We were served by Kasondra and a gentlemen (looked like a manager) on 12/26. They were exceedingly caring and pleasant to be around! They were very patient and ready to serve us. The taco meat was a little dry. The worker at the drive thru window could have been more friendly, they barely said two words to us. I did ask for utensils on my order but they were forgotten. This is not my typical experience but I do plan to come back!

I eat Hot Heads 2 to 3 times per week , the one on 21st street , there are two Girls that always work the lunch shift, they are super freindly and helpful, the best service you will get anywhere at lunch time , my flavorate place to go !!

I went to pick up an order for DoorDash and someone else stole the order and the employees didn’t make sure they were supposed to even pick it up and when I got there to pick it up the employees refused to remake the order and was very disrespectful towards me. Happened at 1:00pm Thursday September, 25th 2025.
