This place is absolutely incredible, from the moment you walk in the staff are incredibly friendly, kind and was quick to seat us. Our waiter was absolutely wonderful, I wish I remembered his name but he gave us excellent service and made our experience even better.
Beautiful dining area, comfy benches and the food was absolutely mouth watering. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be coming back again!

This place takes me way back everytime. My mom and dad brought us here back in the 1970’s. Everytime we would travel to Portland this was the place to go. I think it was the only location then. It’s obviously great because there’s a heck of a lot more locations now. Hats off! Keep up.the great work!

Food was not very good for price at all. I got the chicken Alfredo and my partner got the mushroom ravioli. Staff was nice but unfortunately food was quite bad. Don’t waste your money and go to another restaurant in Corvallis instead

Lovely place and great service!
As for the food, I asked for the most popular dish and the manager suggested this. I got pasta with Mizithra cheese, accompanied by a salad and a cold dessert. Although it’s a small portion of pasta, I couldn’t finish it.

My friend and I came in this evening for dinner. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and decided to sit in the lounge/bar area. We sat at the bar top and were very quickly greeted by an absolutely wonderful, attentive, focused, nice bartender named Adrianna… ( I’m probably butchering the spelling and I apologize if I am ) it was our first time in and she answered all of our questions about the menu. We had the spinach artichoke dip which she recommended and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Our entrees were delicious, my friend had the chicken Marsala and I had the shrimp Alfredo, both absolutely delicious! We ended up finding out that our bartender/server was new to bartending and just wanted to give her a shout out because she really helped make our meal ten times better with her honest opinions, kindness, humor, and energy. Definitely would recommend checking this place out.

Waited 10 min for someone to seat us. Had to find someone went looking only to find management in the back room eating and not attending to customers. Also manager kept saying “Sorry about the service it’s her first day” On a good note our server was excellent, we watched her interact with several of the customers, she was very professional, presentable polite and really knew her stuff. Thank you Frankie for your service.

We had never eaten at this restaurant before and called ahead due to some concerns of allergies for my son. Both the young lady that answered the phone and the manager, Brad were very attentive with checking the ingredients for us prior to our visiting to ensure it would be a safe meal for my son to eat The entire staff was professional and kind, the restaurant was very neat and clean, and the overall service was wonderful. The food was delicious as well, which made the entire experience excellent!!!

Our drinks were forgotten, the blue cheese dressing was so bland, the sausage with our spaghetti was forgotten, and then our server brings the check, but our dessert was also forgotten! When we would ask for the forgotten items it took a long time before they were delivered. The restaurant wasn’t busy, there was no excuse for the bad service. When I was paying the bill, my credit card was forgotten!!! My husband had to find someone to retrieve it, because our server was nowhere to be found. It was my husband’s first ever visit to the Spaghetti Factory, plus it was our 28th anniversary. We may not return, too many other more exceptional restaurants to enjoy instead.

We ate here with a group of 26 people. The service was awesome and Brad and his team were very easy to work with. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. It was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
