This location can’t seem to get simple orders right.
Only been to this location twice and both times my order was messed up. First time I specifically asked no cheese and there was cheese. Second time I’m just completely missing my nuggets from my meal.
Don’t waste your time here. You’d be better off driving the extra 10 minutes and actually getting your order correct.

Drive through didn’t give me my total when I ordered. “Pull up to the first window.” I never like it when that happens.
The food was fine. If you’ve ever been to a McDonald’s, you’ll get what you expect. I had a Big Breakfast with hotcakes. Breakfast is the best meal McDonald’s has.

Had placed a mobile order for 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Got to the drive through, gave them my code, and when I proceeded to the food window they acted like the didn’t have my order and kept asking me to repeat what I had. They finally told me I needed to park. I waited in the parking spot for 10 minutes on my 2 cheeseburgers and fry. Finally some lady came out and tried to give the wrong order. I once again told her I was waiting on 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Waited another 5 minutes in my car before going inside. When I walked in the doors the self proclaimed manager barked at me to order at the kiosk. I explained my situation and what I was waiting for and he brushed me off saying they’ll get to it. There were numerous other customers inside saying their orders were incorrect, they were missing items, or waiting for extended periods of time, and even the drive through was not busy. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and I would advise you to stay away from this location

My kids have been talking about how bad they wanted a shamrock shake on St Patrick’s Day. We stopped in today and got 3 quarter pounder meals with shamrock shakes instead of sodas and a kids meal with a shake instead of soda. It cost over $50 which wasn’t a huge surprise, but the food quality just wasn’t there. The fries were all limp and gross. Some were super salty, but most had no salt at all. The burgers were decent because it’s a quarter pounder and they usually make sure they are good because you’re spending more money. Any other burger there isn’t worth it even if it’s cheap. The shakes were absolutely terrible though. I attached a picture so you can see that they weren’t even mixed. We saw a girl try to mix it by hand and I guess she figured it was good enough and they handed it out to us. We had to wait until later on when we got home and the shakes were mostly melted to use our own blender and mix them up correctly. The one on the left is the first one I blended and you can see the condition of the other three as we received them. The cashier was nice and friendly, but the rest of the employees were like robots who never got programmed and don’t understand how to interact or communicate with humans or mix a milkshake apparently. I’ve lived in this area my whole life and have eaten here lots of times over the years and needless to say I will never be coming back again. Also, any time I use the mobile app here they forget a sandwich or something else every time. Then when you get down the road and realize it and call they act like you’re lying to them. I guess you need to have the employee stand there until you can confirm everything is there but good luck getting them to do that. We get 5 orders and everything is buried in one bag so it’s hard to tell and take everything out when they hand it to you. So yeah 1 star rating because I can’t give 0.

The staff here are the best I’ve ever seen at a McDonalds! This especially includes Christian! Christian overheard mine and my friend’s concerns and immediately resolved it with the best customer service! Give this man a raise ASAP! Everyone was very friendly! The food was also made with good quality and care!

This is the second time I have done curbside pick up at this location and have had Christian help me. He is amazing! He waits while you check your food to make sure everything’s in there. We were missing dipping sauce, he went in and got us some and came right back. As long as he is there, I’ll keep coming back!

This is the closet McDonald’s to my house, going to have to drive to a different one from now on. I keep giving them chances! You order through the drive thru and they always always mess something up. We ordered 2 meals and 1 order of fries is always missing. You ask the second window and it’s on the receipt as well and they will not give it to you! We end up always having to go inside. This has happened 3 times. So we decided to do order pickup. Waited 30 mins outside and my husband finally went in and they did not care. The fries were cold too. The employees never seem to be in a good mood either. Worst McDonald’s in Deland
