The location has changed since I last visited The Old Spaghetti Factory 48 years ago. However, this new location (to me) is even better and provides more parking than before. Once we entered, I felt as if I was still in the old location. The food, service, drinks, and staff were all top notch. Will definitely return again on my next trip to Fresno.

Celebrated my baby’s 2nd birthday here and Lizeth was so attentive and gave the best customer service to not only my husband and I but our 5 children! She sang happy birthday to my baby and my 3 year old was talking about Lizeth kindness after on our way home saying she was soooo nice! As a mom when service workers treat my children kindly it makes the experience much more memorable and enjoyable! The food was delicious! Definitely will be returning!

OSF in Fresno, is a nice place to enjoy a tasty and relaxed meal. It’s pretty neat to have the opportunity to eat in the old fashioned trolley car. The menu is limited to pastas and the like and we have yet to have a bad meal in the several years we have been going here. The service for us has ranged from good to very good.
In conclusion, for what you get, the price is fair and reasonable. And It’s worth noting, we usually save outings here to special occasions like birthdays or to celebrate something. My kids love coming here.
P.s. Personally, and over the years, I have adjusted how I would give a five ⭐ review. Lets just say, It takes ALOT for me to hand one of those out.

This past Thursday I ordered the white clam sauce pasta and yuck. No flavor whatsoever, pasta was lack of salt and the clam was like bits of soft rubber pieces. I was with colleagues and they like their pasta that I’ve had before which was the Mitzirtha garlic mushroom. I’ve had that many time and shame on me for trying something else. Other dishes that were ordered were the ravioli and garlic bread. They seem to like their dishes.

I’ve never eaten here before, and “wow”, it was quite the unexpected posh experience on a beer budget. This means you get quite the upscale atmosphere you would think belonged just to celebrities, and it doesn’t bankrupt you. Plus, you walk away feeling full, and like you got your money’s worth of food. The meal we got came with a soda or wine, homemade bread, and an unexpected scoop of a special ice cream at the end. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible, kid game room, and lots of tables and booths. Great place for large events and business dinners. I walked away, feeling like a queen.

It took a few minutes before someone came to greet us and seat us, but overall service was great, the server was friendly, we we’re seated in the trolly which made it exciting for our little ones. It was kid friendly. Our kiddos got these cute menu hats with crayons to keep them occupied before food came out. Service was fast we got our food pretty quickly. Our food was delicious and fullfilling, the portions were good size . Must recommend the cheese artichoke dip if you get an appetizer. The fresh Italian bread was warm and soft, even the butter was good, it was soft easy to spread and a good buttery flavor. The atmosphere was lovely not too loud not to quite. Restrooms were clean. If your craving Italian recommend you come here.

Flew in from Wyoming on business for a few days, where it’s often hard to get great local food. This being said we wanted to spend our time here finding good restaurants to truly enjoy ourselves and The Old Spaghetti Factory really hit the nail on the head. This is my first time here, and I didn’t expect the distinct and classy interior appearance. The parking lot was pretty full, but the wait time was only ten minutes, and the greeting host was friendly.
Our service was very sweet, and helpful with the food selection. She was on top of drinks and checking in on us the entire time.
We opted for Chicken fettuccine (with added shrimp), garlic spaghetti, and two appetizers; spinach and art dip, and cheese bread with dipping sauce. I cant remember the soup of the day, but it was delicious. All of the food was incredible, and the prices surprised me for the amount of food you get.
I consider the locals lucky. Extremely affordable, large portions, incredible staff, and delicious food, along with an interestingly beautiful atmosphere. I would love to dine here more, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Their name is deceiving. I ordered just regular spaghetti. It was noodles and a “meat” sauce. I didnt see any hamburger in it at all! It was just sauce. Awful. I will never go there again. I make REAL spaghetti at home.
Service unfortunately for awful as well.
