The service was good and quick. However, they don’t have any vegan options or got chocolate with almond milk etc.; they don’t have salads either. Therefore, for vegans, there are not a lot of choices. Otherwise great place.

My family and I stopped here on our way home from the beach this morning. The service was absolutely awful. The lady at the first window was very kind but the lady giving us our food at the second window was not nice at all. She got angry because I asked for the orange juice and water that I ordered. And then she YELLED at me to go around the car that she had pull up only 3 feet in front of me to wait for their food. I work in customer service as well, and I have NEVER treated a customer with such disrespect. That was the first interaction I had this morning, and it set the tone for the rest of my day. Be respectful or don’t work in customer service

Busy busy busy location for lunch but absolutely was one of the cleanest and nicest McDonalds to go to. We ordered on the app and took a number card then the food came to our table and it was great! I was actually super impressed!

I went inside this McDonald’s together a soft drink. I had to wait a good 10 minutes to get my order because this store has removed the self-service soft drinks machine. I had to wait until much larger and complicated orders were fulfilled Oh well, it is a McDonald’s, the expectation is always low.

Seriously unimpressed with the renovations. Kids area booth tables have been removed to make way for a single long table, regular sized tables next to play play place removed and now tall uncomfortable tables are in their place. It’s lost any inviting feeling as parents scramble to find a location to sit and keep their kids in eyeshot. Horrible renovation.

Warning if you are local you order from app people will put hair in food. Honestly I don’t know what to say. I ordered through the app Tuesday night because I closed then opened Wednesday morning. I received my food one burger was completely coated with hair on the inside deliberately out of my cheese burger combo. If you are local avoid the McDonald’s after 8. Obviously you are just bothering them when you ask for food. I don’t even have hair like that.

Customer service is over the top. Very clean eating area. I found it strange not to have a self service beverage area but that can be overlooked. Employees in the back need to remember their voices can be heard in eating area. Great experience!

The worst drive through service. CONSTANTLY forgetting to put stuff in the order bag it can be as little as forgot to put the sauce we ordered and paid for or a sandwich or nuggets. Incredibly rude and always giving side eyes if you ask to add something you paid for. It has been like this over the years and never changes. I don’t understand why people can’t just be kind to each other. Very sad.
