Definitely a dive bar atmosphere, bar, pool, tv’s, jukebox and a bunch of locals. Food was acceptable since there’s not much other choice at the later hours in Paulsboro. Not amazing, but it filled me up and tasted alright. Got it to go. Bartender was nice and patient with my indecisive self.
