My husband and I had dinner for our anniversary here. We loved it ! Our waitress was extremely friendly and personable. I had the almond crusted trout it was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was nice it felt upscale. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return if we visit Hot Springs again.

Good place. My girlfriend wanted to treat me to dinner and this is the spot she chose. Service and atmosphere were top notch. The bread and butters were really good. The filet mignon was good. I didn’t really like the trout though. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t amazing. My girlfriend liked it though.

I would say this has to be the top restaurant in Hot Springs, Arkansas. From the moment we were arrived and Rebecca we were taking care of their after by Chris. Rebecca helped me pick a great bottle of wine to go with their wonderful cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant it’s quiet, upscale and definitely not lacking on quality of food service or selection. Top notch all the way. I recommend and hope to return soon.

The Oak Room is absolutely phenomenal!!! We had the most amazing meal, service was the best we have ever had!!! Chris is top notch!!! So professional and courteous and so incredibly knowledgeable!!! Very kind and genuine!!! Be sure to ask for him by name!!

Came here with family for a celebration dinner. This place is tucked away in the casino floor but don’t be confused- the service, food, and experience was excellent. The steaks were fantastic- very good sear and flavor, steaks that stand alone without anything else.
But if you only get one item here, get the truffle fries. They are perfectly crispy and have a truffle powder that makes them so so good.

Dinner was exceptional at the Oak Room and Bar. The filet was so good, the scallops were to die for, the French Onion soup was the best I have ever had, not to mention the cheesecake was outstanding. Our server Jay was exceptional

Stopped in at the intimate The Oak Room Bar adjacent to the restaurant. Had a marvelous Manhattan cocktail and a bowl of Gumbo from the bar menu. Both excellent. Topped it off with an exquisite glass of Port. Service was excellent. A prime experience.

The food was not good. I ordered a ribeye and wanted welldone. I was explicit in that if there was red in the center I would send you it back. The waitress was assuring that it would be cooked to my liking. It was NOT cooked to my liking. I sent it back twice. The flavor was not good. Worse meal I ever had. My husband’s steak wasn’t cooked right either.

Love the ambience. Waitress was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu and the specials. The New Orleans BBQ Shrimp and Hawaiian Yellow Ahi Tuna Wraps was really good. My husband had the prime ribeye and I had the prime cap steak with creole seasoning. The Oak Room steak sauce was really good. We will definitely will eat here again.
