Been 2 years and counting I’ve been coming to The Nutrition Station. Best Shakes, Teas, Bowls, Waffles, and Donuts. The atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful making everyone feel welcome and providing an amazing experience.

1st time there was a very pleasant experience. Met with the owner and his staff , very nice and very knowledgeable. Went through all his products and the breakdowns , and was very detailed when answering our questions. The shakes are very delicious, and there are a ton to choose from. They offer other products as well. As far as shakes go , they are the best around. Payment is very convenient too. They offer Venmo, cash and card. Come check them out you won’t be disappointed

Only 4 stars because I haven’t experienced the one on one coach option yet. Herbal life has distributors who help coach you to your goal. Right now I am just trying out the shake today is my second day and I must say 5 starts to the taste. Not gritty at all, to be honest it taste like a low fat milk shake . then they have delocious flavors i can’t have caffeine so my choices are limited but I don’t mind. I kind of just wanted to givr it a try see how it fills my belly. I did realize that today I recieved a protein shake rather then a formula 1 meal replacement. I was unaware and a little sad because the formula 1 fills me so well and I stay full for a long time… Even while drinking it I had to slowly it was nice and filling. Now the shake I had today was more like a snack or small light meal. I still got full but not as full as I did yesterday and I paid the same price for both. I did see the calorie ibtake of both and they are pretty but in the same ball park with some differences. But I can feel the difference in my belly. Lol. Besides that I LOVE the flavors I’ve had vanilla base and banana base so far. The photo with whip cream is white chocolate salted caramel that usually uses cookies and cream but I exchanged it for vanilla. It has gharam crackers and a little caramel swirl, pretzels and sugar free white chocolate pudding mix. So good ! The half empty one is banana nut bread I believe with peanutbutter add in. I will update if these shakes along with the healthy eating does me justice . so far so good
