We were so excited to eat here. We didn’t even get to take pictures before hand, but the food is amazing! I had gluten-free chicken Parm and cheese pizza. They were huge portions! My boyfriend had the cowboy burger with fresh onion rings. They were so perfectly crunchy! OMG I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!

Went on a last minute trip to OSV with our sone today. Having celiac disease makes it hard to find a place to eat where you feel safe. We found this place as we were leaving Sturbridge thinking I was going to have to go somewhere and eat a salad ( that gets pretty boring being your option at a lot of places) anyway we pulled up this place on google opened their website and saw the largest gluten free menu in New England and said it’s worth a shot. So we go in unsure and the staff was so friendly and nice. One of the owners also has celiac so all my anxiety settled knowing he knows what it’s like. Everything on the menu could be made gluten free except maybe 3 things ( garlic knots being one of them) I had a chicken cutlet sandwich ( gluten free) it was amazing, fresh and the portion was HUGE. My husband and son shared some buffalo wings (also gluten free) and my husband had the cowboy burger. The wings were delicious fresh and hot. Also had some gluten free battered onion rings. ( I shed a tear eating them it has been 7 years since I have tasted a battered onion ring). The service was friendly and welcoming the environment very relaxed. I highly recommend if you are in the area. I know we can’t wait to go back and try some other things on the menu. So happy we took the chance stopping there today!

We stopped in this little place while visiting old friends. The food was amazing, the service was tremendous. It’s a family run business, so sometimes it might take a minute to get your food but it is worth the wait! Staff is super friendly as well. If you are in the area, you MUST try this place!

We decided to try this place yesterday after a hot afternoon of swimming. We’re not from the town, so we had to search up a local pizza restaurant to find somewhere to grab dinner. Nova was not only really close, but had great ratings. Only issue was that we had less than an hour to get there & place our order before they closed (this was on a Sunday). We found it on GPS no problem. We arrived & immediately thought it looked nice from the outside & noticed it had a deck with outdoor seating available. Parking lot was spacious also. We had a couple ahead of us ordering, but we didn’t mind. We received an apology for the wait, because they did seem to have either a pretty large or specific order. I appreciated the owner’s hospitality & could tell immediately that he was a very friendly, down to Earth person with an outgoing personality. We were worried it may be too late to order, because we needed two large pizzas & with them soon closing… but the gentleman (owner) who helped us explained they were happy to accept orders right up until closing. We gave our order & was told it would be approximately 10 mins. & that it would be brought out to us once ready. We also grabbed a menu for future reference & my daughter grabbed a package of cookies they had for sale on the counter. The wait time was accurate, prices good, service excellent, & most importantly, the food was great! We ordered one pizza with only cheese & the other with hamburger & onion. It was made correctly & fresh + delicious. So glad we chose Nova & we will be back! Looking forward to trying more of what they have to offer. They also had corn chowder & even shepherd’s pie on their menu. Gluten free options were available as well. I also noticed they do serve alcohol here. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a bite of tasty food. Would make a sweet spot for date night, lunch or dinner with some friends, a nice family outing, or even just to stop in solo. They do have seating here as I mentioned, or you can have your order to go. This place gives a very comfortable vibe. Relax, eat & enjoy! Well worth it. You will not be disappointed here.

What a great meal, what a great experience. The first thing that hit me was the young man giving stickers and a boatload of smiles to every customer. I had Ziti with extra meatballs and Sausage. As I live alone, I hate to cook. This is something that I’ll get a couple times a week. If you haven’t been there yet. Please give them a chance. Just a family trying to make it, serving great food and spreading the love. Veteran friendly. People friendly. 5 stats for me

It is so nice to see this restaurant open again. A J is the consummate cook and host. This is the best place I know for gluten-free food as well as traditional. The atmosphere is very homey and welcoming, and I will return often. And I know that this restaurant will return soon to its glory days.
