Delayed in reviewing. A couple months ago I placed an order. My address auto corrected to a different street name and I did not realize. Got a call from the driver requesting my correct address. I provided him my address via text at his request. Was told he would arrive soon (the autocorrected location was 2 minutes drive away). The driver never showed up and proceeded to ignore all my texts. Tried to call the store only to find out they had closed early. Took multiple tries calling to get ahold of the manager to request a refund since I did not get my order. He told me he “changed my address and the order disappeared”. Told me to call different locations to find my order to get a refund. Every other location said changing the address wouldn’t lose my order or change which store it would be at, especially days after the order was placed. This manager refused to refund for my missing order and claimed it was gone from the system. Probably deleted them to avoid refunding me. Have not ordered from them since.

I like Pizza Hut, but this location just seems to have issues. I’ve had orders be wrong. Their pan pizza seems to be off (someone else mentioned they might be putting the wrong crust in).

I hate ordering from this Pizza Hut, unfortunately, this is the location that delivers near me. Never again the pizza melt was burnt and the wings barely had sauce on them. Hard to believe you people would serve burnt food to customers. Thanks for telling me you don’t want my business best believe am “another” customer you lost!

This location has an incredibly rude woman working there. We ordered a pizza tonight that was delivered to the wrong apartment number. We have proof where the pizza should have been delivered to our apartment. The woman on the phone would not listen, nor would she try to resolve this for us. She told us we would have to pay again, and she would not have another pizza redelivered. She was extremely rude and had a poor attitude. We had pizza delivered from this location 2 days ago with NO ISSUES.

The Greenville location is full of nasty rude people. There is always something with this location. Ordered a few days ago and deep dish was all crust. There was maybe one bite on most of the pizza and the rest was crust. One pizza was made wrong. Then when I walked in the female manager Sethany was scratching her head, just nasty. I do have pictures of the pizza as well.

Pizza Hut is my favorite place to order from, but this location is messed up. I ordered a single pizza through the app, and after 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I still didn’t have my pizza. When I called, both the driver and store worker were rude to me. The driver claimed to have placed my pizza on the front porch, when I told him I didn’t he started yelling then hung up on me. Finally got ahold of someone at the store again, and had to place a separate order and be charged AGAIN for my pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.
