This is not a bad place don’t get me wrong but a 4 star? This place is far from a 4 star taste if you know Chinese food.
Food is alright, nothing special. Service is alright too, standard service. Cost is comparably cheaper than other similar restaurants in Vegas which it is a plus. Ordered like 4-5 meals and total came out to be around $67. This place is just an Americanize Chinese restaurant with nice settings and vibes.
The food itself is generally excellent, showcasing genuine skill in Asian culinary preparation. We thoroughly enjoyed the selection from the Family Tasting Menu, which offers a fantastic way to sample their offerings.
Our only minor note relates to the noodle dish within that tasting menu. While the flavor was spot-on, we felt the ratio could use a slight adjustment: it was noticeably heavier on the noodles compared to the meat content. A bit more protein would perfectly balance the dish and better reflect the value of the tasting experience.
Despite this small observation, the overall quality, particularly the fantastic flavors, combined with the excellent service and ambiance, makes The Noodle Den a must-visit spot. We highly recommend it for authentic, delicious Asian cuisine.
From the time we arrived, the hostess was super nice. Took us to our table and was extremely polite. We sat and the server came to take our order and it was a pleasant exchange. We ordered our food and enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant is quiet so you don’t have to yell. The food, I thought was amazing. The orange chicken had just the right spice to it. We then got a couple of mango puddings. I highly recommend this dessert. Light and very flavorful.
When we went to get the check and had to get a box, getting the box and some extra utensils to go seemed to aggravate our server. The facial expressions weren’t very pleasant. Maybe she was just having a rough night.
Overall, great food and we will go back.
Loved the electronic waitlist—we could explore instead of standing around. I had the Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with Knife-Sliced Noodles—tender beef, flavorful sauce, and perfectly chewy noodles. Friendly service, generous portions, and tasty dishes all around. Worth a visit!
