This place is not worthy of 4 stars. At most 3 stars.

This is not a bad place don’t get me wrong but a 4 star? This place is far from a 4 star taste if you know Chinese food.

Food is alright, nothing special. Service is alright too, standard service. Cost is comparably cheaper than other similar restaurants in Vegas which it is a plus. Ordered like 4-5 meals and total came out to be around $67. This place is just an Americanize Chinese restaurant with nice settings and vibes.

The Noodle Den in Las Vegas provides a truly high-caliber dining experience, easily deserving its 5-star rating. From the moment you step inside, the restaurant impresses with its clean, cool-looking aesthetic and vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was great—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, contributing significantly to a smooth visit.

The food itself is generally excellent, showcasing genuine skill in Asian culinary preparation. We thoroughly enjoyed the selection from the Family Tasting Menu, which offers a fantastic way to sample their offerings.

Our only minor note relates to the noodle dish within that tasting menu. While the flavor was spot-on, we felt the ratio could use a slight adjustment: it was noticeably heavier on the noodles compared to the meat content. A bit more protein would perfectly balance the dish and better reflect the value of the tasting experience.

Despite this small observation, the overall quality, particularly the fantastic flavors, combined with the excellent service and ambiance, makes The Noodle Den a must-visit spot. We highly recommend it for authentic, delicious Asian cuisine.

Not bad but not a “go out of your way” restaurant in my opinion. The food is decent but not top notch. I don’t know if you would have to pay for parking but if so, then becomes another reason to go elsewhere. We ate there out of convenience because we were staying at the hotel and didn’t want to go out. The service was average but I would have expected more for the type of restaurant and location but did think the atmosphere was pleasant. Flavors are ok but our Mongolian stir fry had very little meat. The cabbage with garlic was decent as well but lacked pronounced flavor.

The food was on point and they have some really good beers as well. I got the “Happy Buddha” and the “Kirin” and both were amazing. The Dan Dan chicken noodles were on point, they did not have any added sweetness and the spiciness was just on point. Great atmosphere and service as well! If you like Americanized Chinese food, this is a great place.

I love staying at the Sahara specifically for their restaurants. This is my second favorite, Bella being the first. This place is so good! You FEEL good after eating, not like bloated or stuffed. You can watch them make the noodles. Highly recommend!

We had the veggie noodles here — the taste was pretty decent, but they were served cold. When I mentioned it to the server, she initially didn’t believe me and only reheated them in the microwave before bringing them back. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and in such a hurry that she nearly dropped the bowl on me. Her behavior was also blatantly racist, which completely ruined our dining experience.

We had the orange chicken and the Mongolian beef . Both plates were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Prices are very affordable for the quality of food!

Delicious food for a good price. We went in for dinner. Got the mushroom noodle soup, BBQ fried rice and a plate of orange Chicken.
From the time we arrived, the hostess was super nice. Took us to our table and was extremely polite. We sat and the server came to take our order and it was a pleasant exchange. We ordered our food and enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant is quiet so you don’t have to yell. The food, I thought was amazing. The orange chicken had just the right spice to it. We then got a couple of mango puddings. I highly recommend this dessert. Light and very flavorful.
When we went to get the check and had to get a box, getting the box and some extra utensils to go seemed to aggravate our server. The facial expressions weren’t very pleasant. Maybe she was just having a rough night.
Overall, great food and we will go back.

Great spot inside the Sahara!
Loved the electronic waitlist—we could explore instead of standing around. I had the Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with Knife-Sliced Noodles—tender beef, flavorful sauce, and perfectly chewy noodles. Friendly service, generous portions, and tasty dishes all around. Worth a visit!

The Yangzhou Fried Rice was a bomb! I’ve been craving for an authentic Yangzhou Fried Rice and found only here in Noodle Den, it was full of flavors and cooked into perfection that I am fully satisfied. The staff who assisted me were nice and polite. She greeted me with a smile as I approached the entrance.
