Caution if ordering to go for coworkers.
Food is good just packaging issues and this is the second time they have done this so I’m done ordering from this location with co workers to go.
A little frustrated on how this store packs its to go order food through the moes app.
I ordered 1 burrito and 2 tacos both tacos were for different people, this was for my work for 3 people.
I ordered 2 individual tacos and a burrito.
Both tacos were in the same container, but for 2 different people so that created a problem because again this is for co workers.
1 bag of chips for 3 people with my burrito in the bag of chips and the burrito salsa leaked out of the burrito on the chips.
Only 2 sauces were provided but this was for 3 people and we ordered 3.
We eat in our office in different places.
So I had to figure out how to divy the chips out with the burrito drippings on them from the 1 bag of chips and this is work so we didn’t have plates.
As the person who had to get this food for our office I won’t be recommending moes again for our to go lunch. We will go to one of the many other options around.
If it’s just me, I’ll order from here.

Overall food is decent but on the bland side. I like my southwest style foods more spicy. Place is clean and staff helpful.

I was in here tonight and through the last few months this place has been on the decline. Tonight I have to say something. I noticed the line was longer than normal, but sometimes that happens.
I got into line and the people working the counter showed no sense of urgency. They moved slowly with no motivation to do better. The way they spoke to customers was nonchalant and not they could have been more concise.
Also when the employees behind the counter move at a decent rate, the customers do too subconsciously, this is a psychological effect know as “mirroring”, so when the employees slow down, the customers do and it is decrease the flow of the line on two levels.
Usually my burrito is about twenty percent larger, and I usually have a decent amount of chips, this was a little short and they also seemed like they had been sitting out all day. I will attach a photo of the chip situation.
All in all, I would call today’s performance “a lack of care”. It seems that more training is in order.

The food here was really good. The only reason why I gave a two-star rating for the atmosphere is it’s just your typical family restaurant. Everything else was pure perfection. Service was great as well.

Their food is always incredible. Each bite is unequivocally like freefalling into a sublime world of pure deliciousness. For awhile there, I was going to Chipotle more often, but Moe’s has scooped that weekly American southwest grill spot BACK with ferocious tenacity!

From a personal perspective, I feel a sense of dissatisfaction. Throughout my history with Moe’s, I have always held a deep appreciation for their exceptional quantity and quality, as well as the delightful chips, flavors, and the remarkable assortment of free sauces crafted by the company. However, my recent experiences have left me considerably let down due to the removal of certain items from their offerings, seemingly driven by financial considerations. In these times, it is crucial for companies to prioritize efforts in retaining their loyal customer base rather than compromising on the very elements that have contributed to the greatness of this establishment. Specifically, this pertains to the reduction in variety of topping options and the removal of key components that have contributed to the extraordinary appeal of Moe’s.

This was my first ever visit to Moe’s and it wasn’t disappointing. The staff was very friendly and they recommended multiple options and they were able to narrow it down to what I was in the mood for. The food was delivered quickly with professionalism and they even gave me suggestions at the salsa bar. If you like authentic Southwest flavors delivered quickly at an affordable price I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

By far the worst Moe’s ever! Me and my coworker just drove 8 hours to get here and we ordered door dash about 25 minutes out. Once we got to our rooms and got the food it was someone else’s order. It had my receipt on the bag with a total different order inside. I’m guessing that communication and teamwork isn’t taught at this location. We couldn’t get our orders corrected because they closed. This is what happens when you have employees that are in a hurry to go home and don’t care about the customer. To make it even worse, the receipt for this order was in the bag also but it was also wrong!!

I spent 3 hrs trying to place an order. The app is terrible. The food was terrible, I got a Taco salad. They never received my order and I had to pay again and wait again. The cups they give you for take out salsa are ridiculously tiny. Never again.
