Enjoyed a very delightful visit to this high level libation location in West Fargo. Was very fortunate to be greeted by Isaac, the owner. A conscientious drink menu was a delight. I was able to go off-menu as well, which is always a (+) for me! Extremely extensive whisky list. Their selections are always being updated, so just ask to see if they have your special request. Private lockers are also available! ND/MN folks….don’t sleep on this place!

I discovered Noble Hare while searching for a cocktail bar amidst a sea of sports bars and pubs, and it truly feels like a moody, refreshing breath of fresh air in the FM area. My bartender, John, was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. I had the best dirty martini I’ve ever tasted in town, perfectly crafted, and the flatbread was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return with my friends and family to share this gem!

Let’s turn the clock back for a second here. The date is April 3rd, 1997 it was a Thursday. It is a fact, positively, only because it was my birthday, and Karson got me the Play-Doh monster brain set of myself. Now, I was a firm believer that the purple Play-Doh tasted just like the brown, but he was convinced that Barney was real. What I’ve learned today is that no matter your opinion on Play-Doh or barney, you can’t deny the balance and amazing flavors in these cocktails! These delicious drinks hit my lips like they just caught me getting some Cajun Cafe in the mall with an ex-girlfriend! I mean not physically, it’s not that kind of place a nice comfortable space with a little side room for company or private meetings. Great selection of spirits and the cocktails were amazing! Jonathan was phenomenal. On a scale of 1 to 2, well, definitely 2!!!!!! and that’s a very accurate scale Thank you so much for the effort! Cheers!

The Noble Hare was one of only a few actual whiskey spots we hit on our cross country trip and it didn’t disappoint. The bartender was helpful and friendly and the whiskey selection overall was impressive. The cocktail we tried was tasty and the rye whiskey we snagged was great as well and fairly priced. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful space with cool modern designs and lighting. The staff really knew their cocktails. The bourbon list is incredible! Over 150 bottles, tons of delicious wines, and the desserts were amazing. Forrester 1910 was the winner of the night for me. The owner’s suggestion was delicious. Don’t miss the Great Gatsby room behind the bar! A must hit spot for whiskey and bourbon lovers.

Great atmosphere, amazing crafted drinks, and about any spirit you could ask for. Kind of a speakeasy atmosphere, and the staff is amazing. The owners seem to always be here, and are very passionate about ensuring you are having a great experience. I haven’t tried the food yet, so didn’t rate that, but the drinks are amazing. They rotate out the cocktail menu and will make something off menu if you just tell them what you like.

Great place! It has a beautiful mid-century modern / art deco vibe with lots of comfortable seating, such as couches.
They have hundreds of bourbons and whiskeys with a great selection of wines.
While they don’t have a specific non-alcoholic drink list, they are very accommodating and made me a wonderful alcohol, caffeine, and carbonation free mocktail (raspberry, hibiscus, vanilla).
They have a few snack options, such as a beautiful charcuterie board and a selection of desserts from Nichole’s Fine Pastries.
I will definitely be coming back!

The Noble Hare is decorated beautifully and I loved that there were tables and couch/arm chair options. They have a huge selection of bourbon and a good amount of wines. I had two cocktails and they were fantastic! We had the charcuterie board which was delicious, but I felt the food prices were a bit steep.
Our waitress was wonderful and while they don’t have flights available yet, she stated they’re on the way!
