First time here, hamburger steak was suggested so I tried it. It had a good flavor, but wasn’t very hot. It actually got cold while eating it. French fries were your basic frozen crinkle fries. Sweet tea was good.

The burger is awesome! The staff is friendly. The only negative is that the building is run down and needs to be cleaned. There’s a huge amount of dust caked on the ceiling all around the ac vents and along the top of the menu signs.

Order at the counter, then they bring your food to you. Hot, fresh, perfectly cooked food and friendly service. I would eat here again. The portions are large and the prices are low. I gave only three stars because it really needs an overhaul. The padded chairs are so nasty you don’t want to sit on them, the ceiling is about to fall down and the toilet seat is really in disrepair.

I’m from Mobile Alabama and my fiance bought me the hamburger steak with onions and fries. The Hamburger steak was very delicious. It was seasoned perfect and the onions were very sweet and delicious also. I would rather to have had rice and gravy instead of fries. I will eat here again

BEST PLACE TO EAT IN MISSISSIPPI. Good prices, lots of food. Not for the weak or thin skinned. The girls that work their butt off here can be a little feisty but that’s fine by me. The food is great and the only place I’ve eaten, that truly feels like classic ol school HOME COOKING. I eat here as often as I can and I eat as much as I can. Hamburger Steak dinner and CheeseSteak po boy are absolutely perfect. And the ice cream Sundaes get loaded down with toppings and it’s great. I’m getting fat here and I love it. Don’t forget to get your fresh made breakfast every day too. Like I do.

The people are friendly, food is excellent, daily lunch specials are great. Prices are affordable. Every reason to eat there & we do every time we are near there. It’s GREAT! HUGE BURGERS (don’t know what they are called) but they have a huge, tasty patty and lots of fresh toppings… My husband really enjoys them.
