This was the 1st time the reviews of a place didn’t meet my expectations. My coffee was fine, but not one that tops my list of coffee locations in Orange County. I wish they used a better brand of syrups or better still made their own. I’m sure it works for the students that need to study. I did love all of the fun amateur drawings, some have serious talent❣️

As far as coffee shops go, this place is definitely on the right end of the spectrum. First of all, THANK YOU to whoever is responsible for selecting the music. With jazz playing at a very respectful volume, I was actually able to enjoy my experience without noise canceling headphones. The ambiance is wonderful, slightly old-timey with lots of owl-themed decor. The chai was delicious, but I wasn’t impressed by the iced banana bread latte, which was slightly bitter and a bit watery. The drinks are pretty pricey (I paid $16 for 2 smalls), but I can honestly overlook that because of the incredible customer service we received from the older gentleman at the register. There was also an employee with a mustache who I found was equally dedicated to excellent customer service—really appreciate this! Also, great corner location. Coffee shops like this are hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend!

We visited this coffee shop for the first time on a Friday evening and had a wonderful experience. They offer a wide variety of coffees and pastries to choose from. The service was excellent, and the drinks were fantastic.
One of the highlights was the outside patio, where you can sit and listen to live music from local artists. It made for a delightful evening. We will definitely be back!

I’ve only been once, had the vanilla with two pumps latte. It wasn’t good. It was ok, but wasn’t…. good you know? 3.2/10 I doubt I’d be back unless it’s for their jazz night on Thursdays.

I’ve been going to Night Owl since it opened and I love it. What I love most about this café is their selection of tea-based drinks. As someone who is not a coffee drinker it’s difficult to find places with a variety of teas that’s not a boba place (which I also love). I’ve had london fog which is a bergamot tea drink and I recently tried the iced yerba-nut which requires steeping time. The blueberry scone is also so so delicious!! I definitely recommend this place.

Came in to enjoy a delicious hazelnut latté. Ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese. The latté was nice and hot, tasty. The bagel was good as well. Comfy little spot to hang out and read or just relax. They also have an outdoor patio area. There was an outlet near the table to charge my phone too. Customer service was good and prompt.

Chill place with decent coffee. The Elvis latte was good but really sweet, and kind of pricey for a smaller coffee. Options for people who don’t like coffee too. Lots of seating and the outdoor seating was a nice plus. Friendly and quick service.

There is really nothing like this place. Peaceful during the day, music outdoors on the patio every night. Well-made coffee drinks, teas, and pastries. Such a friendly community of staff, musicians, and patrons. Tuesday night open mic, Thursday jazz, Friday blues, every other night a delightful surprise! You’ll find me there; they can’t get rid of me. Also, they have a limited selection of beer and wine. Easy parking in lots immediately behind and across the street, and a structure a half block away.

A coffee shop that doesn’t want to make coffee. Make that make sense. Went at 8pm to get a pour over coffee as advertised on their site and they said they dont have the stuff to make it. When I asked how they don’t have the stuff to make coffee at a coffee shop, she said tomorrow they would. When inquired about their regular coffee they said it was 2 hours old and their not making any more for the night. This was 8pm, they close at 10. They just didnt want to make it and made every excuse. Very disappointed as I’ve come here before and have had other baristas be accommodating and glad to make fresh coffee. didnt know it was such a problem.
