The food was okay. I liked the meatloaf. It had a fresh homemade taste as did the greenbeans. The catfish was pretty fresh, I’d rate it about 75%. I did like their tatersauce and they had a slightly different but tasty cocktail sauce. The Mac and cheese was bland as was the pea salad. The coleslaw and okra were probably my favorite items, aside from the sauces. The peach cobbler and ice cream were good.
The primary reason for my return would be price and I love the atmosphere.

Quaint buffet. Walked in and the aroma of delicious smoked meats was like a big hug.
Everything I tried was delicious-meatloaf, smoked sausages (including cheddar jalapeño), hot links, fried catfish, pulled pork, ribs. Absolutely recommend. So glad we took a bit of time to try.

Their buffet is very good and reasonably priced. They have a very large selection of foods, sides and desserts to choose from. I was impressed with how well they keep the buffet and desserts bar stocked up. Service was outstanding!

First Time here and Oh Boiii it did NOT DISAPPOINT!! Everything and I mean Everything was excellent. I only had to sprinkle salt on my salad. Food was seasoned good and the taste was on point! I work for a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with disabilities such as autism. As part of our program, we take weekly outings, often to restaurants. Since we operate on a limited budget for each client, we try to choose places that are both enjoyable and affordable.
I brought 13 of my clients here, many of whom were very excited to try it for the first time since I had enjoyed it in the past. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. The food was bland and cold, and the service was minimal—we were served water and a few drinks, but often had to get our own.
What was most upsetting was the unexpected gratuity of $40 automatically added to our bill. There was no sign or notice about this policy, and I’ve never been charged a gratuity at other buffets, whether Chinese or otherwise. When I asked the waitress, she simply said it was restaurant policy for groups of eight or more and brushed off my concern.
I try to use these outings to teach my clients about tipping and restaurant etiquette, but this was not an appropriate example. Considering the poor food and lackluster service, the added charge felt unreasonable. For the sake of maintaining a positive experience for my clients, I paid the bill without argument, but we will not be returning.

The rowdy kids at the next table were out of control. The ribs were mid, hot links good, potato salad was on point. Our server was excellent and made my birthday lunch a hit.

My wife and I were very impressed with this restaurant. Not the kind of impressed with sniffing wine corks or snobby waiters, but impressed with the taste of the food, the friendly atmosphere and the reasonable price. The staff were really nice (we needed a little help). I had a bit of everything; catfish, ribs, okra and peach cobbler with soft serve on top. All was really good. We’ll be back.
