I recently visited the Taco Bell at 3022 N Ashley St, in Valdosta, GA. I had a nice experience having lunch at this location. I used the kiosk to place my meal and it was ready timely. The only thing I would suggest is for the staff to check the front counter more. I needed unsaeet tea and had to wait awhile for anyone to come by. There was also an older woman who wanted to place a cash order.

This North Ashley location is straight trash. They call this a Chalupa?? And, the Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken soft taco is a damn wrap. Wasted $40 today

Incredibly rude. Cut me off when asking a question. Gave me the wrong order after already giving attitude. We then proceeded to get flipped off by them after we were checking on our food in the drive through. I work in customer service, specifically fast food so I understand how things can be out of their control. But we went up to the intercom very nice and non confrontational. We genuinely took a moment and paused in shock when we heard how incredibly rude she was.

I had an online order and when I got to the drive through the young man asked if I really wanted my cheesy roll up (with ground beef and Pico de gallo) grilled. The app offered it as an option, but I said it wasn’t a big deal if they couldn’t do it, he responded that they had just never done it before, then another young man (presumably working the grill) popped his head around the corner and told me “I got you!” I didn’t get either of their names, but wanted them to know that the grilled “Meximelts” were fabulous and their friendliness and willingness to grill it made my day. A refreshing change from experiences I’ve had at this location before. Both these young men were delightful and the food was good and hot.

The guy in the drive-thru window had a very sassy attitude. His energy did not seem inviting at all. Overall, the food was good.

If I could give them zeros all across the board and have the Better Business Bureau come and shut them down and fire every single employee that works, I would do it. There are some that have good customer service and that are nice and that greet you but for the most part 99.5% of the time you go to this Taco Bell off of Ashley, you are greeted with nothing but an attitude by the employees and the mgr; mostly femmales! They act like they don’t feel like working and you’re bothering them!!! The taco shells are usually broken and or cold. The chalupa bread is old. They never wanna put meat in the taco and they barely want to give you lettuce. I don’t understand why this Taco Bell is still open. It should’ve been shut down the moment that it opened! Idk who hired the mgr or the people that work there but I’ll be reaching out to corporate to fire everyone and start over!! If you’re craving a Taco Bell quick fix, I highly suggest going to the Taco Bell off of Bemus or the one off of Grunto across from circle k.

Next time, we will pay more attention to the reviews. It’s disheartening to see that the same issues have affected others in the past and continue to happen. My husband purchased a Family Taco Box, and unfortunately, all the taco shells were broken, cold, meatless, and soggy. When I tried to call the store, no one answered; the phone just kept ringing. Please consider these reviews—this is truly a disservice.

They mess up every single time I go thru the drive thru. I mean out of the last 20 visits 15 of those visits sonethings missing. Most of the time the soft drink machine doesn’t work.

Came during operating hours and no one answered the drive through and when I pulled around I seen two workers just sitting outside the restaurant and a third one in the restaurant not doing anything. This took place Jan 12 at 1140pm. These workers suck.
