Went to Naz with my family for the first time and cannot believe we had never been before. We have lived just off the Ormeau Road for over 30 years and have been everywhere along it, but somehow missed this place. It genuinely feels like we have been missing out.
The food was absolutely amazing and the BYO option is a great touch. We went for the 4 person menu and loved everything. The restaurant itself is so cosy, it honestly feels like being in someone’s living room. Warm, welcoming and friendly.
The service was outstanding. Mujib and Abbie looked after us so well and made the whole experience even better.
Already planning to go back in a few weeks with a friend.

Nicely cooked lamb and prawns, but the onion bhajis were a bit soft, and the naan was barely warm (ate within 5 minutes from pickup). The hotness scale seemed off too, 2 chillis was mild but 3 chillis was like a vindaloo. Glad I had some yoghurt in the fridge.

I’ve been to the Naz a couple of times this year – the food is lovely, the staff are attentive, and the price is extremely good (it’s also BYO). We had 6 people, starters and mains and it was under £100! Definitely will be happy to go back.
