Went for Dinner with my wife for dinner, for the starter we ordered crab cakes and a Caesar salad, which both were good. Wine was good, service was good. Dinner was horrible. We both couldn’t finish our meals. I ordered the halibut with rice, both were flavorless the halibut seemed like it may have been frozen. For a $50 dish I would expect seasoned, fresh fish. My spouse ordered the pesto prawn pasta and the pesto tasted store bought with an overwhelming amount of lemon. The prawns were rubbery and also the dish as a whole was under seasoned. I would not go back for dinner, especially since the meals were all over priced

Wasn’t sure what to expect. Long day. Late. Tired. Fantastic and just what I needed. Quiet dinner with friend. Delicious lamb chops with carrots, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, and potatoes. Beautifully presented. Professional server.

Yeah. That was pretty great. It’s pricey (and glad a good friend’s company was picking up the tab), but the food was exceptional, the presentation exceptional, and the service knowledgeable and professional. Would absolutely come back knowing everything from the appetizers to the desserts would be the right temp. Oh.. and for some reason the food nearly came out too quick. There was a wizard in the back that had the timing down perfectly.

When we attend Mondavi events our first choice is The Mustard Seed. Their dedication to fresh food and variety is apparent. They never cease to amaze me, when we tell them we have an event they will expedite your orders!

Top notch food and service! Great atmosphere in a small setting. I ordered the lamb and it was cooked perfectly. We ate inside but they have a really nice patio that I think will try next time. This is a perfect place to take friends or your parents. They have a really great wine selection I enjoyed the Maulbeck. I highly suggest coming here if you can get reservations!

Really a delightful dining experience. The food and service were excellent. We dined on their back patio. We had the Salmon Carpaccio and the cheese plate, which paired together marvelously. For entrees we had the duck and scallops, both of which were cooked to perfection. The ambiance was delightful, and romantic, and it’s a wonderful place to break up with someone.
