Was super excited to try this place since the sushi/wing/fries/onion ring combo looks insanely good. We ordered online and it gave a pickup time of 8:08. We arrived at 8:20pm and said that our food would be ready in about 10 more minutes. We go back into the restaurant a little after 8:30 and were told it’s still not ready and that it would be another 5ish minutes. Finally we got our food at about 8:45 and were excited to eat it at home. The sushi was pretty good but we were pretty underwhelmed with the wings and fries. Overall, for the price it was a little disappointing. It’s a great idea with the food combo, but the food quality was not quite there yet. With some improvements in service and quality, this place could be very good.

I learned it was started during pandemic out of their house and now this is where its at in growth. They will have other locations and I cant wait. The vibe is top tier and the food taste and presentation is above and beyond. I will Def come again ans get more. We got the 25 dollar box customized. It was fresh and savory, the pairing of wings and sushi was genuinely genius. Inside was so clean and “cool”.

Spent almost $200 on New Years Eve Dinner for my family and the chicken was cold almost raw(some pieces), fries were definitely reheated. They were soooo old they were hard to chew. I asked for extra ranch and that was not given. The fried rice with steak… barely had steak… and the flavor tasted old. SUPER disappointing and won’t be coming back here. They have gone down a lot the last two times we have purchased from here.

We got the small sushi box with a Flamin Hot Roll, Texas Roll, Fire Roll, & Monterrey Roll, they were all so so good but our favorite was the Fire Roll, it was full of flavor! We ordered online for takeout, service was great & fast.

We met our daughter at the Munchie Box for lunch on her birthday today. Although we were the only customers in the restaurant, we waited 40 unattended minutes while two online orders were prepared and picked up. When we asked about the delay in our order, we were told online orders take priority over dine-in customers, and our food would be another eight minutes.
Nearly 50 minutes for sushi, while the restaurant was empty, is unacceptable, especially during a short lunch break. We canceled our order and went elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service and attitude we experienced dictate that we won’t be returning.

Best sushi quality in El Paso and great value- prices are fair and the flavors and options are amazing. Love the concept of the boxes and that they do delivery. Dined in today, dining room is small but comfortable, server was super sweet and helpful! The fish is fresh, and so excited to try more items on the menu.

I’m actually surprised that I have not heard of this place before. I’m pressed, I feel like I’m in Austin Texas. The munchie Box is creative and food taste delicious.
I picked the box up, ended up on the other side of El Paso and all the food was in the same spot. The amount of dips they add really compliment the sushi and wings.
Great food to buy if you are really hungry, hosting a party, a get together with friends, for work, etc.
The only critique, they need to work on their RANCH. But overall, really good food.
