You’ll be lucky to walk out with a sandwich that has everything you want on it and that doesn’t make you sick. There’s a reason this place has such a reputation of getting shut down. Also, I watched the owner slander a blind customer for not being able to read the menu. That marked my time to leave and never come back.

My gift cards loaded on app wouldn’t work when I tried to pay. Outstanding customer service when the lead employee told me “Sir, it’s not your fault, your subs are on us. Have a great day.” I will definitely revisit this store simply because of the customer experience that day. Great job!

Absolutely miserable and utterly disengaged employees at this location. They barely speak and didn’t say thank you, have a nice day-nothing, not one single word. Visited at 5pm on a Saturday night and were the only customers in the store.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to! They didn’t take cash because they had no change, they only had Italian or wheat bread… half of their menu was not available because they don’t have half of the meats. Piss poor excuse for a subway!
