When I arrived in Paris for exchange, I felt I’d made the biggest mistake of my life. I had no friends, nothing familiar to rely on, and couldn’t watch NFL football on my computer. Little did I know that this misfortune would make the next four months in Paris for me.

I went to the Moose nearly every Sunday while living in Paris. The first time I went, it was only to watch the Lions game. The atmosphere, however, was so electric I started coming back every Sunday. I had only just started watching football when I moved and barely understood the rules, but I learned them by eavesdropping on the other bargoers. Every week I met new kind and interesting people. The staff knew me and greeted me, and no matter how bad my week was– and I had a lot of hard weeks– they would always end a little better than they started after Sunday night at the Moose.

I took my family here when they visited. I celebrated Thanksgiving here with new friends. I left my umbrella one night and came back nearly a week later to find they’d held onto it for me. Living in a foreign country had me scared and lonely, but this was a place where I always felt welcome. The Moose truly made my time in Paris

Also, the drinks and food are always on point. I recommend the pecan pie and espresso martini 🙂

We had drinks, nachos and chips with special sauce and cheese for late lunch after walking a lot in first day in Paris.
The bartender was very friendly and we had a great rest there.
Highly recommend for quiet and relax time in Paris.

Very nice atmosphere…felt like I was back home. Poutine was loaded with cheese curds. THE Spicy Margherita was the spiciest one I ever had in my life and it was great. Met a nice couple at the next table from the states (wife originally from Montreal) and she recognized the sens logo on my t shirt.

Watched Team Canada Olympic hockey team defeat Czech team in overtime. Bar was full of Canadians. The poutine and chicken wings were as good as home. Superb service and reasonably priced. Overall exceptional experience. Issac the bartender rocks!

This review is a year too late lol but we loved it here so much, so we wanted to add a review nonetheless.

My boyfriend & I visited last year in March, as his basketball team was playing & we found good reviews on the diversity of options this bar had. When we arrived, we asked about it, but because there were people there who booked to watch a specific event they unfortunately couldn’t switch any of the screens. They were extremely apologetic and helpful, because when we mentioned it was totally fine and we would watch it on our phone, they immediately offered a spot where we could charge our phone and mentioned they would try to switch one screen for us as soon as they were able to.

After a while two other people joined close to us asking for a specific March Madness game, since it was the guys college he attended. The staff kindly told them we had priority, but we mentioned we were fine watching on our phone, so as soon as the other game was done, their college game got turned on. We got to talking to them about it, and whenever they had time, the staff joined as well.

The food was great! We had some typical ‘sporting event’ snacks, and got recommended some nice beer! If we’re ever in Paris again, we will for sure come back!

I loved this place! I was able to get seated at the bar right away. The staff were friendly and I got to practice a little French when I ordered. The Bacon Poutine and their cider on tap were both great experiences. They had some music in English playing in the background which reminded me of what I listen to back at home. They also had some American football on one of their tvs. It was a good vibe.

Watched the gold medal hockey game there – while the result wasn’t ideal, the atmosphere and the staff helped to make sure it was a great time either way. Impressed at how they handled so many people – would come back!

I would say it was great, except they build me too much for my beer.

I arrived at 7:30 and ordered my beer with 20 minutes left in happy hour, but was charged the normal amount.

Also, this is one of the few restaurants in Paris where the credit card machine suggests 10, 15, and 20% tip (like they do in Canada), even though a one or two euro tip is the norm in Paris.

The poutine tasted great!

We were there to watch a college football game in January 1, 2026. I contacted the Moose ahead of time to inquire whether the game would be on. They were very communicative. Overall very good experience. Only suggestions would have been to have the game sound over the speakers and have a few more staff for the game. Waits were long to get food and drinks.

Had another fantastic NFL SUNDAY experience at The Moose this past Sunday, it was fantastic. Been coming to this place every time Im in Paris during football season. The poutine is the real shining star of the place, and absolutely delicious, but it is a great time, good prices, and they have all the 1pm and 4pm Sunday games. Highly recommend for all NFL fans, or just people who are looking for some good poutine!

*Note, call ahead though if you want any shot of getting a table!
