Food is good. Complimentary bread with butter is a delight. The menu is well spread among cuisines. The portion size is sufficient. Service is very good too. Kids friendly menu available.

This was by far the WORST dining experience I have ever had. My sisters and I decided to come here for dinner, and I even made a reservation to avoid any wait time. Once our main dishes came out, we were all unsatisfied with the presentation and quality of the food. I ordered the chicken pasta which was cold in some parts and warm in others. The description of this dish on their menu said it comes with penne pasta but for some reason there was spaghetti noodle hiding underneath. I immediately felt unsure to eat this food. I don’t know if the food was cross contaminated in the kitchen and it just made me uncomfortable to eat. As for my sister, she ordered the steak medallions. She specifically asked for it to be cooked medium but when she got her food it was basically raw. She couldn’t chew her piece of meat and had to spit it out immediately. We all discussed at the table that the food did not reach its expectations and that it is best we tell our server. It took some time to look for him being that he was not really around our area and only came to check on us once right at the beginning before we started to dig into our meals. Once we explained the situation to him, he immediately asked us if we wanted the manager and being that he could not help us with this issue I told him yes. A couple minutes later the server then handed me the bill with all items on it, and I had to remind him that we are still waiting to speak to a manager. Once the manager, Josh, came to our table his demeanor was unpleasant. We tried to explain the situation to him MANY times, but he would twist our words and turned it into a “he said she said” situation. It honestly felt like we were having a back-and-forth argument instead of a respectful/calm discussion. We physically showed him what was wrong with our food, and he ignored our concerns and accused us of trying to get something free even though we said multiple times we will pay for the things we did consume. He did not offer any kind of solution and demanded that we pay our $100+ bill which includes those main dishes that we did NOT eat. We left feeling disrespected and unheard. The lack of professionalism and customer care from the manager was unacceptable.

We sit at the bar with Pedro and Charlie. They give the best service ever: efficient, timely and friendly! The food is delicious, hot and fresh and our orders always come out correctly- they are very careful with my food allergy. We have tried many things on the menu, but the burgers are amazing.

Our waiter was so sweet and pleasant to chat with. Atmosphere is always great at this location … the food today , 12/6/2025 … I truly don’t know what happened in the kitchen but it was for lack of better wording , nasty . I believe the chicken may have been spoiled it was very off like rancid … I kindly told our server it was awful and she more than willingly let me change it for something else on the menu. My second dish was delicious.

It was my birthday, I didn’t feel welcome at all, and it was my first time eating at their restaurant. The women at the front desk saw me and she just walked away. After about 5 minutes she came back but a server came to help. I got a female server she was wonderful, she was very helpful. I wouldn’t dine in again. The next time I visit, I will just buy my slice of mango cheesecake and leave.

Cheesecakes were amazing. I really loved the white chocolate one. The chocolate cake wasn’t my thing. The peach was ok. The pinapple was ok. The strawberry was great! The fries were ok. My in laws liked their Cuban sandwich. My husband and I both enjoyed our burgers. I sloped the meatballs because I don’t like them. My dad enjoyed his fish. The biscuits and gravy were actually really good. The nachos were ok. Stacy chip and the pico was amazing. The corn my MIL liked. The soup was the best part of the meal! Soo good!!

This place gets Slower and slower. It was like over an hour to get our food and it add not that busy . The burgers are great. The pumpkin cheesecake also but don’t come here with little kids. The wait time is not worth it .

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and tried a variety of dishes: avocado egg rolls, Thai stir-fry noodles, tomato basil flatbread, lemonade, strawberry milkshake, and of course, the famous Snickers cheesecake.
We were seated and plate, cutlery weren’t very clean, but the staff was quick to address the issue. The service was excellent from start to finish friendly, attentive, and they even served warm bread and butter as a starter, which was a nice touch.
The avocado egg rolls were a hit—super crispy, packed with flavor, and a real treat. They would have been even better with a hot sauce on the side.
The tomato basil flatbread was tasty, with a crisp outer crust and good balance of flavors.
Unfortunately, the Thai stir-fry noodles were disappointing. The eggs tasted off and the dish was overly sweet, which really took away from what should have been a savory noodle dish. I really hated it. They should offer sweet or savory noodles may be.
The lemonade was refreshing and the strawberry milkshake was thick, creamy, and delicious.
The true highlight of the meal was the Snickers cheesecake. It was rich, indulgent, and absolutely perfect, easily the best part of the entire dining experience.
Ambience: The restaurant itself has a lively atmosphere, but it could be cleaner and better maintained. Free parking is available, which is convenient.
Overall, while the main courses were hit or miss, the excellent service and desserts, especially the cheesecake, make The Cheesecake Factory worth a visit. If you go, definitely save room for dessert—the cheesecakes are where they really shine!

Pedro, at the bar, is one of the best in the business. He always is alwaus on point with the best service, thorough knowledge of the menu and a great attitude! The food comes out hot and fresh and the quality of the dishes are in line with the prices. Portions are huge and the new menu insures that there is something for everyone.
