Very large menu with many choices. Service was good. The atmosphere is very unique to Cheesecake factory. Dark tables and dim lighting with a tropical or Egyptian feel. Large portions which we took home. Took cheesecake to go which was excellent. Prices were moderate to high.

I went today with my fiancee to this location to have a nice lunch like we did the first time we went there that our waiter was EXELENT. Today we had a different server that decided to ID us which made us very feel unconfortable and my fiancee is a tourist in this contry from Mexico born in 1990 and the manager did not want to serve her. Am I to understand that tourists with valid IDs from their country are not welcomed at the Cheesecake Factory ? Because they did absolutly nothing to keep our business and seamed releived that we left , I truly feel my fiancee was discriminated against and I recomend that if your a tourist or recently imagrated to the US dont go to the Cheesecake Factory in Willobrook mall becuase you are not welcomed there. Now were at the PF Changs in front enjoying food and the nice beer we wanted to have ✌️

I received a gift card to the Cheesecake Factory from my job months ago. I had never dined or eaten from this business so of course I was excited to see what’s up. The front young man was amazing. He was kind and courteous, made sure my order was what I really wanted by repeating it back to me. I sat at the bar while waiting on my New York Strip , mashed potatoes, zucchini sticks and a strawberry cheesecake dessert were prepared. I feel so bad that I cannot remember the young man bartenders name, but he was so cordial and kind. I asked for water as I was hot and driving. I offered to pay…he refused. He was not annoyed by my beautifully aging living alone self making small talk…I tipped him…he tried to refuse that…lol. We had a REALLY nice conversation. I give my experience of showing up to Cheesecake Factory to place a takeaway order, wait at the bar whilst…a 10….or is it a 5? Whatever the top number is I had a good time. My meal took about 30 minutes which was reasonable for me. The NY strip was perfect medium rare, the mash was mashing, the zucchini sticks had a delicious dipping sauce and the order of these sticks could be a meal within themselves…just a heads up…fried foods taste better eaten asap. The Cheesecake was delicious. I only ate about 1/4 that day…it lasted in my fridge for a good 7 days b4 I finished this Cheesecake.

Not sure about all their food but I LOVE their cheesecakes. I have a slice or two twice a month. But this time my fresh strawberry cheesecake had the smallest berries so that made me sad but otherwise it’s always great. I always ask for extra whip and they always provide!
