I had such a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a family outing. The food selection was amazing, with something for everyone and everything tasting fresh and delicious.
What really made the visit special was our server. She was so kind, caring, and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. She made sure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. The sweetest part? She offered to take a family picture for us and did it with a big, genuine smile on her face the whole time.
It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine; it truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place for great food, great vibes, and even better service!

Delicious and big portions. We got the snow crab party platter with the house blend dressing (mild). This was our first time here and we will certainly come back. My wife got the tilapia po boy with lobster bisque which she said was delicious. We recommend this restaurant.

Amazing we ordered some snow crab and it came out very quickly and tasted amazing. The wait staff were very attentive and it was a great atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed! Seemed like lots of people enjoyed!

Food was good and service was quick. Everything was super fresh especially the raw and steamed class, oysters and abalone. Since we were a large party, they grouped our appetizers together which was okay to share. I think this might be a problem if anyone has a specific allergy to something mixed together.
The main/seafood boil part of the meal was great as well but because we had so much fried appetizers, there was only one round of the seafood boil. I would recommend to not order the fried stuff first if you really are in it for the seafood boil so you can try have a bit more. Free for birthday girl/boy within 2 days of their birthday

The food is good, I will say that!
However, they can most definitely work on their customer service! No one greets you when u sit down… they just look at you with a blank stare and stand there talking amongst themselves and each other.
I never knew my servers name, he dropped the food off and never came back to check on my son and I.
First time visiting from Georgia, but I visit Hempstead often. I will not return to this restaurant, but I do hope future patrons receive a better customer service experience.

Our go to spot for seafood. We have been patronizing Monster Crab for about a year now and we visit weekly mostly on Sundays. The food is delicious and portions are great. Lobster roll is on another level. My husband usually tries new items I stick to my trusty boil. The staff is always friendly and attentive especially Annie who always welcomes us with a smile. Highly recommend

Totally worth it for the price (for dinner) if you love seafood especially oysters, clams, mussells, crabs! Add lobster bisque, calamari, ice cream and coffee to that! We ate so much fresh oysters and steamed oyster with cajun seasoning it was the best! And there are so much more choices on the menu. You get $3 per alcoholic drink (3 times) and they give you a whole glass (water size) of margarita and cocktails drinks. So worth it! Will definitely come back!

Great service from Nina !! Good food. We were a Party of 13 and did all you can eat. $1 drink 3max per person. Love the big crab legs and yummy lobster rolls. We went when they open and it was the best time to go on a sat. Will be back again !

The idea All-U-Can-Eat is great but the they’re set up is ridiculous. I brought my girl to this place and she doesn’t eat shelled fish. They’re set up that if one person eat from the Buffett, everyone in the party has to eat from the buffet.
She had a basket that included; wings (5), fries, mozzarella sticks and 2 small pieces of cod fish and paid $59. A complete rip off. The food was a little bland as they do not let the boil sit in the sauce long enough. And regardless of how many are in your party they charge a 18% gratuity. Our check ended up being $172.09 for 2 buffet.
